Tuhin was really helpful and polite
I wanted an upgrade as my Samsung S10 wasn't charging properly. Tuhin asked about how I use my mobile and helped me choose a phone that is right for me and at a monthly price that I can afford. He was very polite and spent a long time going through everything I needed to know.

Excellent customer service
Recently visited Vodafone Newmarket to upgrade my phone and was met by Sree. He was very friendly and welcoming and spent the time explaining the various options to enable me to pick the right plan. Excellent customer service so I not only upgraded my phone but I also added another phone contract to my account.

Great customer service and support from Sree at Vodafone Newmarket. He found me a great new contract/phone and followed that up with outstanding support today with the issues I had been experiencing with my phone.

Holly at the shop was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. Holly Was very knowledgeable about what packages suited my needs and not influenced with the need to just reach a quotation line for sells. Holly was respectful and made my custom feel valued.
