I attended the Oldham store today for some information about upgrades and switching from another provider. I was helped quickly by Rob and Bilal who worked hard to find a deal the suited my needs and budget. They professional and friendly made sure I left with a phone and plan that met my needs.

She should be congratulated on her outstanding customer service , her patience and her willingness to go the extra mile to help a 67 yr old pensioner who hasn’t got a clue what he’s doing 👏 She listened to my issue and came up with a solution , in plain terms , so that I knew what was happening 😂 First class , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will go no where else in the future.
