Nathan was excellent in Oxford as was Stephen in the fraud office . I was very impressed and will recommend Vodafone enthusiastically , I think we should get more alerts such ‘Vodafone never sends texts’ to help us spot scams and mine came with a free Nokia phone!!

Worth waiting for!
There was quite a long wait to see an advisor but it was worth it! Tolis was absolutely delightful! Friendly, helpful and professional and he persisted in trying to solve my problem until he succeeded. You need more employees like Tolis! I am hoping to get a new phone before the end of the year and I will chose to see Tolis again for that purchase because of my positive experience today.
