I picked up my new phone

I picked up my new phone, absolutely love it, I had to hand in my trade in,and had a few questions and things I did not understand, I was helped by Ewan, he was great and helped me with my set up and my questions, This is why it is so important to have shop help and not everyone on line, Thanks Ewan.

Very happy with our experience at Perth…

Very happy with our experience at Perth branch today. Euan was very patient, pleasant and helpful as we navigated through the veritable minefield that is the pros and cons of mobile phone contracts! Thanks to Emma too as she offered some useful expertise. All fingers and toes crossed for a successful switchover tomorrow!

Face to face much better than online

Euan helped me switch broadband to Vodafone, even though the system had an address issue so I couldn’t complete the switch online. Also helped me lower my mobile and mobile broadband costs, overall saving me over £40/month
