I had a really great experience with the Vodafone team! Kim was absolutely amazing — she helped me sort out both my broadband and SIM card quickly and without any hassle. I had a good long chat with Carl about all sorts of stuff long after we had set up my broadband. I enjoyed his friendly demeanor and positive attitude, I felt like I had gone to see a mate for a good old chin wag and almost forgot I was there to set up my broadband.
