Afy,, Assistant Manager was so helpful and accommodating. He didn't push us into anything but explained everything in detail. Great experience. Great person to help us plus Rishi , who completed the final transaction was so nice. We felt like we were not rushed . Only went into the store to check prices and I bought a contract and my husband ended up buying one too , even though his present contract hadn't expired. Afy took us through the ins and outs of absolutely everything . Could not have had 2 nicer, decent people serving us. We will definately recommend Vodafone Preston to everyone due to Afy and Rishi. Thankyou. Great experience.

Great experience
Rishi was really helpful calm and patient with us getting everything sorted out. The overall experience with the team was good the store was busy midday on a Saturday but that’s to be expected. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Excellent service
Once again I was served by Rishi who provides an exceptional level of customer care. As I am in my seventies he ensures my new plan is explained in great detail , sorts out the best deal , answers all questions and has a very professional approach to his role .

I spoke to Rishi regarding my upgrade and told him exactly what I needed. He showed me a selection of phones and the S25 ultra matched my needs perfectly.
Rishi was very helpful and professional throughout my upgrade experience, he transfered all of my apps from my broken phone onto my new phone quickly and efficiently.
