Very clear information from Liam. Not pushy, just worked through all the key points, a pleasant experience at the Scunthorpe branch. Also the Galaxy gift was a pleasant suprise!

I was having a few issues with my phone ,, liam quickly identified the issue and showed me how to resolve it. But upon being shown some deals I decided to upgrade my phone to a Google pixel 9 pro xl and got a fantastic deal

Liam is so helpful
4 upgrades all due on my account
And wasn't even sure what I wanted
But Liam went above and beyond his station to explain what I wanted and the cost
Couldnt of been more helpful
An absolute credit to the company
But I will say if you shut the store I will go elsewhere as I can't deal with your phone staff
Just 1 compliant I'm having to pay for 1 of my phones that doesn't work at all for another 18 months

Upgraded to a Samsung S24 for the same price as my sim only, also very happy that I got a free laptop from Samsung as part of the purchase. Very pleased
As soon as I entered the shop I was greeted and the staff was very helpful in finding me the best deal for my upgrade. I was in and out of the shop within half hour with my new phone. Very pleased and very happy with the service provided.
