Aftermarket support is Zero
My elderly mother went into this shop 2/9/26 with her old style (but new) Nokia they sold her. She could not work out how to clear down the messages it is full and no longer receives texts. Male staff member told her he is only "here to sell things" and cannot help. No aftermarket assistance what-so-ever. Mum will now wait a month until I return to UK so can do it for her. She got a taxi to the shop to ask for their help. Surely a member of staff could assist a nearly 90 year old in deleting some messages!
🚨UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE:
Thank you for the automated corporate reply, but directing a nearly 90-year-old who physically traveled to your store to use "LiveChat" or a phone helpline completely misses the point. She went into the shop because she needed face-to-face help she couldn't get elsewhere, only to be told by staff that they are "only here to sell things." Telling me to message your social media team from afar doesn't excuse the lack of basic customer care or human decency shown to her in-store. If Vodafone sells a basic phone to an elderly customer, after-sales service should at least extend to spending two minutes clearing an inbox when she walks through your doors.

Aaron was a life saver today
Aaron was a life saver today. On downloading a QR App my moble was invaded with viruses. He managed to clear them all and gave me grest advice on what to do withoit using a QR code in future. What a great guy and I have diaried to see him 9n 28 Aigust to discuss broadband supply.

Sorted out multiple jobs for me in one hit
I had a job lot of accounts, new sims, contracts and new phones to sort out for my business and personal accounts and my children’s mobile accounts . Aaron provided an excellent service and spent several hours patiently resolving the many issues we were having with the contracts, Devices and managing the online portals . I can strongly recommend going along to this store. So much easier to do this in one go face to face than doing it online. Aaron provided excellent advice and got us good deals on all the contracts as well as sorting out glitches on our online accounts
