Ellie and Honey the angels of Vodafone
My elderly friend recently widowed has had multiple problems with her SIM card and moving house she struggled with talking to the phone help line

Ross was excellent, really helped me choose the right phone and plan. No hard sell or pressure just genuine advice. He really knew his stuff and went through all the different phones and options. Nothing was too much trouble.
