John at the store in St Helens was really helpful when I went in to upgrade my phone. He explained the details of the new contract and was really friendly and approachable. I've always found the staff at the store have always been really helpful. Thank you very much 😊

I went into my local store after customer service couldn't help me sort out my sim card issue. Colin the the store managed so solve my issue. It's set my e sim up wrong. 15 mins later I'm up and running. Great service

I went into the store looking for a contract upgrade. Colin found be a great offer on a Apple 16 plus. The service was quick and efficient and I was in and out in less that 20 minutes.

I went to the Vodafone store as my phone wasn't getting a signal. Turns out my sim was faulty. Colin replaced the sim and sorted out the issue. Defo be going back when I'm due my upgrade.
