He has excellent customer service skills, he patiently actively listened to my practical issues, provided physical assistance via my phone and apps concluding with information and advice about a separate query re what turned out to be an eSIM for my upcoming South Africa holiday.

Warrington Town Centre
During a short trip into Warrington, I met a member of the Vodafone team; Jake, who dealt with my issue professionally and proactively. We hit a small bump along the way with IT but this was quickly rectified. Thank you very much to Jake and the team for their help in getting me a better deal and updating my preferences. Professional & Knowledgeable team at Warrington store
I visited the Vodaphone Warrington store today as my phone was glitching and wasn't operating properly. The store was busy, yet I was acknowledged within in a few minutes and was given a seat whilst I waited (I noticed this occurred for a number of customers after me, excellent customer service). Knowledge and service provided by Joseph today was superb. I cannot recommend the staff at this store highly enough, every time I have visited I have always received exceptional service. We have recently moved to Vodaphone as a broad band provider now and the switch over was seamless.

Went in needing an upgrade and the staff couldn't have helped any more than they did, they say and explained everything down to the smallest of details and made sure I knew exactly what has happening, they also made sure I got the best deal possible for what I wanted showing me all the different deals.
