All credibility lost.
To anyone thinking about about getting broadband this will be helpful… I went to Woking store to get broadband for my new flat. I specifically asked what the date was as I needed it done fast, as fast as they could anyway I understand these things take time. I was told my services will be activated on the 18th of September, which was 2 weeks after so I thought ok let’s go for it. When I received paperwork it said a different date of 29th September. This delayed me working from home and getting payed. I understand they’ll probably respond to this to protect their brand with something like sorry but I want people to know that in store they’re trying to get the sale and that’s why they may misguide you. I’m going to continue with the service as I cannot delay this further but it wasn’t a pleasant surprise. I also will not mention who the advisor is unless contacted by Vodafone directly. In summary I have lost all credibility in service’s purchased at store… even if you’re approaching them they’re going to try selling you and is unethical. So! Here comes the response from Vodafone to appear politically correct give them a round of applause!

I had been into the Vodafone store about 5 times and spoken to various people to help me sort out an early upgrade on my phone. My final attempt was a huge success and that was all down to Madeleine and Leon. They both went above and beyond to help me achieve the best deal for me and helped answer all my questions. I can’t thank them enough!!!!

Went in to store on the 29th of May needing an upgrade. Was met with the kindest advisor maddie who helped me with all of my options for upgrade and was not pushy. She also took the time to show me the differences in the phones.
