I came in supporting a vulnerable member of society, and we are both so greatful we had Chloe as our 'helper'
She spoke directly to Claire, something that doesnt often happen when we are out, took the time to explain everything simply, clearly and explained all our options. Chloe is a credit to your team and we will look out for her in future when we next come in :)

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE
My old phone battery was failing on my old Huawei phone which I have had for 5 years so a new phone was the best economical option for me. I looked at all the offers a while ago & bought a Samsung Galaxy A14 which now had £70.00 off so unexpected bonus & was my original choice. I was served by Neil at the Wrexham Vodafone store who was excellent in setting up my new phone and answering all questions including signing into my home WiFi so all downloads could be completed & giving helpful advice & tips too so the whole process was a great experience for me with no hassle at all. I was looked after by Jodi and found her to be extremely kind, helpful and professional throughout my time in the Wrexham store.
