Hannah in the York branch is awesome. I am a middle aged, menopausal, clueless woman who doesn’t know her gigabytes from her chicken bites. Hannah has all of the patience needed for such a difficult customer and a terrific sense of humour too! So glad I chose VODAPHONE to lead me into my next tech Era!!!

Hannah was patient and listened
Hannah was patient and listened to me - I have a speech disorder called Aphasia. She searched for the best deals for my wife and me. Because I use Vodafone broadband, there was a discount which was nice to know about! Hannah was very pleasant and had a good sense of humour. She was all I wanted in a sales person.

Hannah made broadband a pleasure
Hannah looked after me I was needing a new broadband set up in a house I rent out and when we looked into it I had other houses coming up for renewal very soon so she did everything at the same time , it was so easy and she was very helpful and made a job I dread a pleasure

I went in to Vodafone York and was overwhelmed with how helpful Ellie, Caitlin,Luke and Jay were we had a problem with our eSIM and they went out of there way to help us. Would highly recommend.
