Awful experience. The order arrived a week later than the 3-4 work days that Volt told me that it would take. I told them all the time that I needed the item for a final session to finish my album on the deadline due, Volt promised me it would arrive on time. Now it it impossible to send the recording material on time and the whole process will be delayed for months.
Also, I made sure that the item I bought was on store at that moment, and Volt said that it was ready to send. That wasn't true, after I placed my order it took them another week to get the item from the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with them after ordering a piece of DJ equipment.

Read the reviews here on Trustpilot, because they’re true. I can add myself to the chorus of customers saying that they advertise equipment as “in stock” or “in warehouse” and provide an estimated delivery time of, for example, two weeks.

Two-plus weeks later, there was still zero movement on my order—not even the item leaving the warehouse to make its way to them so they could eventually ship it to me.

After multiple phone calls and repeated false promises about when the item would arrive, I ultimately decided to cancel the order and request a refund, which they did process.

The whole experience was simply a waste of time. My advice is to spend a little more with a reputable, reliable merchant and actually receive your equipment within the promised timeframe.

I ordered a pair of audeze maxwell(xbox) and made the payment but when they realised they only had the ltd ed wasabi vers they opted to give them to me for a 25 euro discount which im gratefull for. Im still waiting for the package and as its been about a week ill give them a call hoping it doesnt grt lost on its journey down under. Thanks guys if i recieve the package in the next few days ill make a 5 star review.

Ho ordinato all'inizio di febbraio un articolo dichiarato disponibile, oltre un mese e mezzo di attesa senza aggiornamenti, non rispondono alle email e nemmeno ai solleciti PayPal. Rimborso ottenuto grazie alla protezione acquirenti di PayPal. Di gran lunga il peggiore e più inaffidabile negozio di strumenti musicali d'Europa.

I had a good experience with Volt - especially dealing with Mitchell who was super friendly and helpful.
Got a great deal on Elektron Tonverk / Syntakt / Polyend Press - and delivery was fast.
Unbeatable prices + good service = happy customer.

I bought the OXI E16 controller and received it the next day :) When I started the E16 I had a issue with updating to the latest firmware.
I sent a email and they helped me out directly.
The issue was solved quickly by interaction of Volt Music Store and OXI. The service is very good and the local shop the perfect for checking out the latest gear or asking questions. There’s no pressure to buy anything :)

A huge thank you to the Volt team, who managed to find a discontinued Eurorack module. They sourced a brand new one and handled everything with great professionalism. It's also worth noting that the price was unbeatable. Communication was excellent; Volt always responded quickly and efficiently to my messages. I recommend them 100%. Thanks again, Volt, for everything.

I recommend Volt Music Store. Both times I ordered they called me to confirm, we had a nice chat, and the synths arrived very quickly after that. Super!

At first there was some confusion with the order, but they resolved it quickly, then I received my order very quickly and without any complications. Excellent service.

Had to pay for a package that I returned. Furthermore that package got lost so I paid round 350 euro's for something I did not have..someone at Volt or DHL is lucky..nope, never no more will I order at Volt

Sell opened box/used things as new one,and they don’t respond to your complaint/email!!

On October 31, 2025, I purchased a UAD Apollo Twin Quad Studio+ that was listed as “immediately available”!
After placing the order, I contacted them, and they informed me that it was a mistake and that the order would arrive on November 14.
I explained to them how important it was to receive the interface BEFORE November 15, 2025, as there are free plug-ins available if you register the device with the manufacturer by that date!
They said they had a second shipment and could get me the device a little earlier.

After I still hadn't received a tracking number by November 13 and the shipment was going to another country, I called them again.
They told me that the device would unfortunately not arrive until November 21 at the latest and that they would try to get me the additional plug-ins worth $526.

After this date had also passed, I withdrew from the purchase contract, as I will be traveling for various sessions for artists from November 24 until the end of the year and will no longer be able to accept a package.

I had to explain to them five times that I would not have a package sent to a strange address where I did not know whether it contained an interface or who would accept the package on site.

I can only GUESS that they were trying to counteract damages in the amount of the plug-ins and the surcharge for purchasing the identical system from another dealer.
Who knows if there would even have been an interface in the package!

After you objected to the damages, I have not received any money or anything else from these fraudsters.
It has now been reported and a lawyer will take care of this matter!

I can only speak from my own experience, and that is...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!

So I ordered a Steven Slate Raven Core Station and a Raven Sidecar. It should heve been in stock but unfourtuatly it wasn't. Mitchell, an employee or maybe the owner of the shop, was of great help and kept me informed about the status of the shipping. It was not his fault that the shipment took much longer than expected. Although I mailed him many times about the shipment because I was unpatience, he always was very nice. I would order there again for shure. I've never experient such a good sevice before.
