I have two of these units. Neither one works. There is no real customer service.
They have two web sites, a ,CO and a ,COM, They both look real. If you order from the .co site you get the factory rejects and no support. If you order from the .com you might get one that works, and you might not. I got one that didn't. They will give you the run-around forever.
They will ask for on thing at a time:
proof of purchase
order number
serial number
a video of it not working
instructions to unplug it to reboot
a video of you unplugging it.

I don't know what is next as I quit at this point.
They have no physical address and the phone number is not valid. There is no way to get a new unit or to get your money back.
There are similar boxes on Amazon. If you order from there, at least you can get your money back if it doesn't work.

I bought one of these to see what makes it tick, tore it completely apart, and dumped the firmware. What I found is horrifying. Under the hood, it’s just a dirt-cheap Allwinner board, but the software is a complete privacy nightmare. It comes pre-loaded with backdoor apps that constantly communicate with a sketchy command-and-control server (t101.cn).
These guys have full remote access to silently install or delete ANY app on your device without you knowing, and they can rip your device logs to see exactly what you're doing. They even rigged the operating system so that if you try to turn on Developer Options to catch what’s running in the background, the box intentionally crashes and reboots to lock you out.
You are literally paying a premium to put a remote-controlled spy node in your living room that they can hijack whenever they feel like it. Absolute garbage—stay far, far away!

Kind of a POS. It updates sometimes and deletes all my history then it’ll switch a show to Spanish and it won’t come out of Spanish. Lots of glitches.

I have two Vsee boxes both have problems. They freeze up saying channel is under repair sometimes audio is way out of sync with the video. One box I have when I turn it on the audio doesn’t work unless I other box from the power supply and plug it back in. They have no customer support no phone number the instructions are are so small you can’t even read them.

Too laggy and too slow for me. Remote is crap. I asked for help, got nothing until I asked to return it. Then it was the reason isn’t on our accepted reasons list.

Cool so here ya go. Don’t buy from these guys or vseebox people.com they’re all in on it.

VOD is no longer usable. Only one server and it won’t load. What a waste of money.

This company VSEE STORE DOT COM is a joke and they want to rip you off. I bought a box in April and it is broken and they try to get you to try everything with i did and still didn't work. Now I am asking for my money back or new box and I don't here from them, they are rip offs.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD AND RIP OFF COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OR GIVE MONEY BACK. I AM GOING TO GET A LAWYER AND SUE THEM BIG, I HAVE EVERY EMA8L AND MY EMAILS FROM THEM, SO I WILL BE SUING THEM BIG TIME. It is funny they won't answer their emails when you need help or answers. FRAUDS

I purchased a Vsee Box Ultra Elite from VseeboxUS a month ago. The unit arrived and it did not power up. I tried using a power adapter from another Vsee box owned by a colleague and it still did not power up. For the past month I have sent over 50 emails to Vseebox US requesting a return authorization and cannot get past their AI email customer service. They have not provided a return authorization and send the same email back to me repeatedly. When I request a phone number or name this information is not provided. I spent over $400 for this useless device and am at a loss on how to return for credit or replacement. Do not buy anything from this group.

No stars is what this scam company deserves. They sent me damaged remotes then said to bad so they basically stole my money for broken probably used remotes BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

I ordered a vseebox and immediately had to cancel the order. I contacted vsee to cancel immediately and they said it was already in the process of being shipped. It took them over 24 hours to respond. They did say that I would need to return the item and they provided in an email that they would pay for the postage. I went through the return process when i received the box and was refunded once they received the box. I did not receive the refund for the postage. I have reached out to them 4 times and they have not responded to any of my emails. They did not pay for the postage even though they stated in an email that they would.

Horrible customer service. Emailed twice with no response and continue to get errors with receiving data. Hands down worst customer service with no response.

I purchased my first box based on the recommendation of a family member and was pleasantly surprised and subsequently purchased 4 additional boxes for myself and other family members.

I ordered a vSeeBox V6 Plus, but the product did not ship within the promised timeframe. I contacted the seller multiple times requesting tracking information and received no response.

I then canceled the order. The seller acknowledged receipt of my cancellation request but shipped the product anyway. I requested a return authorization and did not receive one.

I returned the product unopened at my own expense and have UPS proof of delivery showing the seller received the return. The seller acknowledged receipt and stated a refund would be issued, but no refund has been provided.

My credit card company attempted to resolve the issue, but the seller has refused to cooperate. As of now, I am out approximately $380. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

This box is awesome, not sure why the bad reviews.

Don't bother buying this horrible box. 90% of the time half the channels don't load, and I'm running high speed that averages 300mbs. Servers are in china and it sucks.
