Do not use this company. They advertise return but in practice they don't. Even though goods came in a bag that listed a UK address in West Midlands, they say refunds must be sent to the USA at customers' expense. If you persist, as I did, to say you want a full refund, they6 suggest you keep goods and accept a 30% discount. Then 50%. I'm about to report them to the Ombudsman.

Will never order from this company again
This is a .co.uk company but when I tried to return the swimsuit I was advised they are American. The swimsuit was too big and claimed to have tummy support which it definitely did not.
There's no return information. I had to email the company who then repeatedly replied saying they didn't want me to return it, I was to keep the item and they would refund me 20%. I refused, stating I was entitled to full amount and I wanted to return it. Second email, same thing but upped it to 50% refund. Third email, they offered me 70%. I reluctantly accepted because by this time I was just fed up.
I paid £33 including pp. I received £17 back.
Awful company, falsely advertising as a UK company. Swimsuit was not great quality but it's useless as too big. It's going to charity instead.

Terrible
Late delivery and appalling returns process. Suggest do not use this company. I cannot get a return address from them so I’m sending to the warehouse the items came from although they say they won’t pick up. Repeated offers for reduced price instead of return- but I don’t want the items.

Shop em to trading standards
SCAMMERS! Thankfully, very rarely have to deal with such unprofessional thieves, all companies nowadays send and return goods very very easily, not with this company. It’s a IK website but returns have to be sent to USA 😆 and then they only offer 80% refund, or the option to keep goods and get a 50% refund 🙄. We’ve been in touch with trading standards and sent all the details to them, I recommend everyone who has a similar issue do the same, let’s drive these crap companies out of business. Unfair and theft!

These are so cute and comfy! I got them for trips to the pool or beach with my kids. They're perfect, but I wish they had more color options!

Steer weel clear of buying anything from this company!
I checked the returns policy before ordering anything, as I always do.
When it came to it and I requested a return, they asked ridiculous questions as to why, when I had already given my reasons, then initially offered me a 30% refund to keep items that I don't want at all and want to return??
When I declined this ridiculous 'offer', refund percentage went up to 60%, then 70%, with emails to and fro over a stupid amount of time...abdolute nonsense!
They told me that if I wanted to return the items, the parcel would need to be sent tracked and the return address was in the USA. This is despite the fact that the items came from a UK address, it is a co.uk website and there is no mention of it being a US return address on their returns information.
If it's already too late for you and you have ordered from this website, stick to your guns and you'll at least get the higher 85% refund to keep the items that I ended up getting.
Due to the cost of sending the parcel back to the USA, it really wasn't worth it, but ultimately I have 5 items that I don't want, that will be going to the charity shop and I'm out of pocket by about £20, which is the 15% I ended up paying for the items!
Waste of time and money and one of the most stressful buying experiences of my life!
Theft disguised as a sales site.. should be taken down!

1. The fact that the reply has taken 4 months is very reflective of their level of 'customer service'.
2. How on earth can several return 'options' 'simplify' anything?? There is STILL no mention of the fact that the return address is in te U.S.
3. As far as welcoming me back,what part of I wouldn't touch you with a bargepole don't you understand??
The reply is an insult and yet another example of them trying to get round what is blatant theft.
One of the least transparent companies I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with!

Wish I'd seen the other reviews on here before ordering. The website made it appear a UK company. Although my item was dispatched in the UK, when I contacted them to return it, they said I would have to return it tracked to the USA and at my expense. As an alternative they said they could do a partial 30% refund and I keep the item, which I took up as I imagine the cost of sending it back would cost more than the item. I feel really cheated. :(

OMG stay WELL CLEAR. I checked the returns terms and conditions before I bought but never got to return. I did get 70% back of the product cost, not delivery but I am now stuck with 2 swimsuits I can't use - rubbish for my pocket and rubbish for the environment. Do not buy from here.

AVOID like the plague
AVOID like the plague. Despite its .co.uk weblink, this company does not state on its website that is is USA based. I checked the delivery and the returns policy before I bought and there is no mention of the tortuous route you have to take to get a refund - at your own expense to the USA! Has anyone ever managed to get a refund? I bought three items and none of them fit properly. If it was possible I'd give this company zero stars.

Scam company. Please avoid. Don’t get had. Poor fitting products. Return address in US. They battle with you before releasing the return address offering discounts.

Same as other customers on here. I have essentially lost all my money!
They have a policy of getting authorisation to return goods, I have been emailing them for over 1 week but they will not answer!
In addition my complete order has not been sent but they have still charged me and now asking really stupid questions in an attempt to not refund me.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Wish i had checked here first but i didn't clock that they weren't in the UK. Paid for express delivery 3 weeks before a holiday. Goods didn't arrive. On tracking i saw goods were coming from China. Emailed and requested they recall the package, only got nonsensical replies. Then the parcel was apparently delivered but no sign of it anywhere. Have now turned to Barclaycard in the hope they will help. BUY ELSEWHERE

I bought 3 tankini sets, Bottoms fitted but tops didn't. I emailed them, they are based in USA NOT UK !!!!!
they wanted me to pay postage to USA to return items, OR they would refund me a fraction of the cost of items, and I could keep them.. What a rip off !!!!!!

Made in China but must return tracked to the USA!
Echoing other customers - made in China, poor quality, but, extraordinarily, unwanted goods must be sent to the USA, tracked, at your own expense! Like others, when I chased my order after two weeks, they said it was out of stock and offered a substitute. Stupidly I agreed. The one I got had ugly flaps of material hanging down from the stomach area and over the crotch; unwearable. They offered me 30% refund and I’ll give it to a charity shop. Just to add: that's 30% of the cost of the item. They had charged £7.99 shipping on top!
