It's taken 3 months to get my money back with help from my bank. This scam company challenged it claiming the goods had been delivered. Fortunately, their lies were exposed.

Don't let them get away with it.

Order was delayed and has still not arrived. I have contacted customer services on several occasions now and received no reply each time. Not sure if whole thing is a scam but need to look into it further as it was a large order. Very disappointed. DO NOT ORDER

Avoid Wall Art Direct at all costs.
I bought a picture from them 6 weeks ago... this has still not been delivered.
All attempts to contact them by e mail and phone have failed. Do not throw your money away to this scam company!

I ordered picture of a German Shepherd on the 28th December 2025, it stated that you needed to allow 7 working days for the order to be delivered, on the 11th January 2026 I emailed for a update on my order, no response, I then tried through their message mail, no response. I then contacted my credit card company informing them of a none delivery/fulfillment of my order, they give me a temporary refund of the cost of the order. I received a text message from my bank yesterday, stating that Walmart direct challenged my claim of a refund, the bank have now given them 30 days to provide proof of delivery. I wished that I had checked with trust pilot before dealing with this company, my advice is avoid doing business with them!

I messaged the company to see whether could do two canvases, similar but not the same, so they could work as a pair. I received the following reply about 20 minutes later - "Hi Demi,
I can certainly make the Red Abstract Strokes Canvas Art pieces slightly different for you! This will ensure they work together as a coordinated set for your space.

Confident, I placed the order and replied to confirm I had done so with order number (Order #17796-WAD).
That was on January 24th.
Since then I have sent 6 emails, had zero replies. Tried calling phone number, multiple times, across multiple days always to same error 'User busy'.
I have tried clicking online chat, which although has an icon, does not exist.
It has been well over a month, I've requested a refund. Terrible experience. Feels like a scam. Would avoid at all costs.

How is this company still trading?
Ordered a gift for Christmas in November, said 7 days delivery but it didn't arrive so I chased but got no response and then I read the other terrible reviews and figured it probably wasn't going to arrive! To my surprise after buying the recipient another gift it arrived on the 23rd December! I then found out from the gift recipient that the print was faulty, it has puckered in places and look awful. I have been emailing wall art since January with no response. I have now submitted a charge back claim with Barclaycard. AVOID!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING DO NOT USE.
Order a picture two months ago and they took the payment but after 8 weeks and over 30 attempts to contact them through their e mails have got no answer whatsoever.

AVOID. Never received my order. All the negative reports are correct. Unbelievable how a company like this can continue trading without police intervention.

I placed an order with Wall-Art Direct on 6th February. A few days later, I received an email claiming there was a delay with my order. Since then, I have had absolutely no updates, no delivery, and no response to my email.

There is no contact number available to speak to anyone, and customer service simply does not respond. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and extremely concerning.

From my experience, this company appears completely unreliable. I have paid for goods and have been left with no information and no support. I strongly urge others not to buy from this company. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential loss of money.

Ordered pre Christmas, item was never delivered. Tried contacting by email and their online contact form and no reply received. Complete fraudsters

Dont go there! Ordered a picture. Did not arrive. Sent 3 e mails, no reply. Phoned, no response. RUBBISH FIRM.

Ordered back on the 17th of November 2025 and it's now the 13th of February 2026 and still no Canvas.

I was told I new one had been sent a month ago but as of today nothing has arrived and trying to reach someone is difficult.

If I could vote -5 I would.

Dispute raised with bank. No intention of ever sending goods.

I placed an order for 4 prints on 30 December 2025. As of 12 February 2026, I am still waiting to receive it.
I have sent approximately 4 emails and made a similar number of phone calls, none of which have been answered. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing.
This order cost £280, which is not an insignificant amount, and I expected a far higher standard of service. I am very dissatisfied with how this has been handled and will be sharing my experience accordingly.

Ordered a print on 6th December 2025. It's now 11th Feb 2026 and still waiting. Sent 20 emails. Called about the same amount of times (no one answers) - absolutely awful service and I'll ensure everyone knows about it to.
Disgusting way to treat customers. The amount was £250 as well so not a small amount.

Not received a 200£ order all emails ignored

I think the 5 star reviews must be false as I like everyone else have nothing sent two months later. I’be requested refund but no response. Hoping bank will help claim money back.
