AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered in December and still not received it. Extremely poor communication, they only replied to 1 of my many emails saying my order was being despatched, that was a month ago and not heard anything since. Now raised as fraud with my bank. Wish I'd read the reviews first!

Ordered 12 December and item not received despite many e-mails. Very disappointing. Avoid this company - they should not be allowed to trade.

Like the hundreds of other people on here, I too should have checked the reviews beforehand. Scammed out of £65 l, won't see that again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM

Well, much to my surprise after reading these reviews, my orders did arrive. I did have a different experience with both orders though. The first came fairly quickly but just wrapped in bubble wrap (as other reviews have reported). Luckily it was all in one piece though. The second one took longer to arrive (and I ordered it before the other). This time it was in bubble wrap and a large grey postage bag - and it was also all ok. Thank goodness. Both canvases are actually very lovely and were worth the wait. It was a bit stressful as, throughout the process, I anticipated them never arriving. So, the company does still exist! But I think I got lucky here and I know many haven’t had the same experience. Is it worth the gamble that you won’t receive it? That is the question. Thank you for sending them to me.

Ordered two canvas prints came today absolutely over the moon with them good quality and good price love them and look great on my walls would definatley purchase again thankyou wallart direct

Ordered a canvas in November 2025 and had an email to confirm, unfortunately that is the extent of the communication. I've emailed and phoned yet have had no further contact. Now having to go through the claims process with my own bank to try and reclaim funds.

Like everyone else i wish i had read reviews before ordering. They just take your money then about 7 to 10 days later you get an update showing Evri is awaiting your parcel but alas it never arrives. Numerous messages and calls but no reply. Avoid this company.

I ordered a canvas from this seller and received no updates, no tracking, and no response to my emails for over a month.
The only time the seller contacted me was after PayPal intervened and required them to respond. I then received an apology email asking if I still wanted the item or a refund. I replied immediately, clearly stating that I had lost trust due to the lack of communication and requested a refund.
That was over another week ago. Since then:
• No response from the seller
• No delivery
• No refund
This is not how a legitimate shop operates. Communication only started when PayPal got involved, and even then, nothing was resolved.
Based on my experience, this feels more like a scam than a professional business. I strongly recommend not buying anything from this seller.

I ordered a canvas picture on the 6th Dec expecting it for Christmas but it didn't arrive until the 24th of January. I did send an email to Wall Art but I had no response. I was surprised it actually turned up in the end. It did originally state that it takes up to 7 days for despatch which is fair enough, but 7 weeks later is not on. I ended up buying another of the same picture on eBay and it arrived in 5 days, so I have two of them now. So basically look elsewhere.

On 6/12/25 I ordered 3 paint by numbers with frames as 3 separate Christmas gifts and as the website states delivery in 7-15 days I expected them to arrive before 21/12, in time for Christmas. They did not arrive until 29/12/25 (having come from China), too late to give as gifts and as well as packaging being damaged and contents exposed, I was stunned to find that all 3 had been crammed into 1 box with the frames (12 plain sticks of wood) loosely attached. 2 of these are obviously useless to give as gifts, and when I complained I was told that I could go out and buy some boxes from a local store to repackage them and give them as gifts on other holidays. I asked for a return address and a refund of the £45.98 I paid, but no address was provided and I was told that they would not refund but would give me £8 as compensation. I checked online for a UK address for the company and the only one I found was at 2a Horseley Fields, Wolverhampton, however no one at that address has heard of the company, they certainly are not at this location – they appear to be a Chinese company and the use of “UK” in their name is (obviously deliberately) misleading.

It's a con site. You can place an order but you will never receive it. And when you contact them for a refund you get no reply. STAY AWAY

How is this company operating under B&Q?

I made a purchase on the 9th January 2026 and it was due to be delivered on the 15/16 and no delivery was received. Contacted this company and no response

I ordered an item online on 3rd December which still has not been delivered.
I have emailed Walmart Direct 3 times asking for an update and also tried messaging them - I have had no reply. The phone number on the website has not worked!
Essentially they have taken my money and not sent what I have ordered and not responded to me at all!

Ordered a framed canvas 27/12/25 hasnt arrived no responses to emails or from the web contact us form. the site should be taken down as people will still buy from them and recieve nothing. usually check reviews before we buy, on this occasion we didnt.

Please do not order from this company you will not get your pictures and they rip you off.

Do not trust this company. I ordered a painting before Christmas and have received nothing. Their telephone number doesn't exist and they don't reply to any messages. When I finally got hold of them they said rhey would deliver next day (still haven't received anything). Its sick that these thieves can pray on people and nothing can be done about it.

I want to send a review regarding Ashley and his team. I had a delivery yesterday of a large Banksy picture which was a special gift for a friend of mine. I was so upset when I opened it, so disappointed. I sent a message to you and one of your team answered me almost immediately. Reclaimed to him my concerns and he was very helpful and extremely thoughtful. He gave me an option to rectify, and when this did not suit me, he gave me another. He didn’t give up until he found a way to help my situation, He remained calm and polite throughout, he never made me feel that I was a bother. I am almost 70 Years old and things like this would usually stress me a lot. But with Ashley’s help all was resolved. I can’t remember ever having such amazing person centred customer service. Thank you Ashley and all your team, for putting a smile back on my face. I will most definitely be making another order soon

Please if you are still reading this, please don’t believe it, I thought I could trust whoever I was talking to, but no!! Unlike other customers, I did receive my picture, but as I sent pictures proving that is was falling to bits when it got to me, Ashley, if that was even his name, promised I would get a full refund to compensate having to pay for repairs to give as a gift as planned. I was so relieved this was offered, but how stupid am I to believe, last time I heard, I was assured that the refund would be in my bank the next day. Haven’t heard anything since. Luckily , my sister is a lawyer, and she is going to help me get what I am due, shame on you Ash

Looking at all the reviews looks like I'm a little late to the party. I purchased a £225 framed canvas no delivery no response no phone numbers working different address found for them

AVOID. I ordered two framed prints nearly two months ago. They have not been delivered and my emails go unanswered. This is a scam company.
