Small touches made great experience!
Loved my wallpaper! Beautiful and was very easy to install. Nice touches with custom name printed on the paper and packaged nicely, rolled with a bow!

LOVE the color and texture, not sticking 100%
LOVE the color and texture. Super happy with the look. Sadly, despite following all prep directions and brushing w a wallpaper brush and a flat tool, I’m still getting gaps at the seams. (Self stick).

We are very happy to hear that you love the colour and texture of your wallpaper! In relation to the installation issues you have had, our Peel & Stick has a repositionable adhesive meaning you can remove and reapply the panels. Therefore, any gaps you should be able to close by repositioning.

Paper quality is like card stock…
Paper quality is like card stock instead of something more durable. Started to unpeeled from the wall then completely come off the wall within 24 hours.

We are sorry to hear that you do not like the finish of our wallpaper. We do not use thin and cheap vinyls like other Peel & Stick wallpaper. Instead we use thick, premium and sustainably sourced papers that have a better overall finish and print quality. For durability, we do offer a coated, water resistant Heavy-Grade wallpaper that might have been a more suitable option for you.
In relation to the wallpaper peeling off the wall, this is something that does not happen often. It is usually caused by damp conditions, a poorly prepared wall or installation. However, because we have received no contact from you, we have not had the opportunity to rectify this issue. We will get a member of the team to contact you right away to investigate and resolve this situation.
