Walmart ruined my vehice putting new tires on incompetent

I made a purchase on Walmart.com and I purchased 4 new Tires. With installation at a store were available I went. When the gentleman put Tires on. He didn't jack up car correctly, normally done on side of vehicle. I never seen it done on front or back. When he jacked from front he did it placing jack under oil pan to jack up creating a big dent in oil pan. Not mentioning to me what he did. So I drove vehicle and ruined transmission now has a jerks. Oil comes out of valve cover gaskets and oil filter. I found this out in doing alignment. The worst thing about there error is Walmart hid this detail not telling me. I could tow vehicle to get repaired so I would not damage further. I filed a complaint with the store but they are also procrastinating on sending video to Walmart claims department. They could repair the damage they caused my vehicle not drive-able. Its been three weeks and I have been stressed with this ordeal. I now don't have transportation. Walmart isn't competent to be successful installing tires correctly!

Walmart Columbus - NO COVID Protections

Walmart Columbus, NE - No COVID-19 Considerations for a store with whose populous is Mexican American.

Columbus, NE is a small city of approximately 23,000 that depends on meat packing and manufacturing for its industry, therefore there is a high ratio of Mexicans Americans to White (who I guess don’t have to quantify a nation of origin). Nebraska overall is 88% White to ALL other nationalities. Columbus is approximately 20% Mexican American population compared to a statewide 10%. Needless to say, outside of the 2 large cities Omaha and Lincoln, most Mexican American populations live in these meat packing towns.

It’s obvious in the Columbus Walmart that the Corporation considered this store to be a lesser store from the antiquated set-up, if you are used to the new Walmart setup, you will end up spending double the time in this floor to ceiling carnival. Columbus is a small city with no major throughways. Unlike the York, NE Walmart - a town of 5,000 people located directly on I-80 which has gone through updates through out the years - most recently during this past spring 2020; the Columbus store would be the Walmart you walked into right after they added grocery stores.

Firstly, if there ever needed to be a count of people at the door of a Walmart with a space to person ratio count - it’s this Walmart. Unlike other Walmart’s across the country, this one has not been updated and has an overall feeling of claustrophobia - with very high shelves and tight corridors in every aisle. The labels and signs for sections are impossible to read or even see. Walmart Corporate has spent a lot of time and money to open up its stores and make a uniform layout, but I can only guess closing down the “this” Columbus Walmart would hurt more than help the store. Yes thats a thinly veiled jibe.

The absolute worst part of this Walmart is they didn’t even try to add ANY social distancing when it comes to checking out. There is a self checkout square area where each station is as close to the next as possible - too close together for my comfort level, and definitely too close for safety measures. Instead, I used the self check out “Lane”. The Self Check "Lane" is where one register and line with a cashier used to be, there are now two self checkout lanes on each side. Each conveyor belt has a note stating “broken “scribbled on piece of paper written in what looks like crayon. Once you get to the register, there are no plastic barriers of any kind. You are less than 3 feet from the person on the other side of the checkout lane. Then you realize the person behind you is within 3 feet. I stood at the register and spread my arms from side to side and was within 2 inches of each person on either side of me. So effectively - there is no social distancing or precautions in this store which was jam packed on a Monday at midday.

To say we walked out disgusted is an understatement. After wandering in circles looking for a relatively short list, spending double the time in the store, we finally realized it would be easier to just go to a nice grocery store to finish our list.

To finish our escapade of disgust, I literally watched a young girl who was watching the self check out lanes ignore this woman: an older woman (60’s) in her own wheelchair while she reached down and turn the wheels of the wheelchair, then reached up and pushed the loaded down cart, reached down and turn the wheels, up and to the cart. The worker did not say a word. Suggestions would be “can I offer you some help”? Happy Holidays to you indeed Walmart.

Walmart.com customer service sucks

Walmart.com customer service sucks. They're nothing but a bunch of liars they do not back their products because they're so big they can walk over everyone the little guy has no chance with them. I will never do business with walmart.com. I will do business with their store because their stores so far run by real people

I placed an order from Walmart's never received my order

I placed an order from
Walmart website homepage. Customer services was no help when I contacted Walmart's to ask where my order was. I will never shop from Walmart's website again. Although they said they did not charge my card.., they didn't the fact is they did not contact me either so I didn't know what was going on with my order I placed. Where my order was until I check on my the order I placed. I cancel the order and
took my business elsewhere to a company that I trusted.

I noticed that since the masks are to be worn, most employees are not wearing them around the nose. The correct way. They wear them below their chins or just bottom lip. Some wore them to their eyes . apparently its a time to act like a thug since they reek of k2 also

Get it together

I’m annoyed because they decide to wait until 1:30 am to call me for a customer service dispute over a lost package from Walmart online. I was sleeping so because I don’t stay up until 1:30 am then I guess I won’t get any help. Who the hell calls someone at 1:30 am???
