I live in rural area and walmart you can't use ebt to have food ship to your house and they are so many. DISABLE people in the rural areas here that can t get out to by their food and some who do have help they don't help and some people go without food because no store will except ebt to ship to how and if you by from walmart to ship to home you can't by froozen food are pantry and they don't deliver your medicine and you depend on someone to get it and if they do becarefull when you let anyone use your ebt card are check they made by stuff you don't know about until you find the used up your bill money so becarefull even some family members takes advantage of the sick and disabled.

I would like to protest most strongly about how this company have behaved during a national crisis and exacerbated the risk to people’s health that CLOVID-19 poses. The following is my experience of the ASDA Owlcoates store in Leeds, England, UK. At the beginning of the outbreak they encouraged hordes of people to come down to the store first thing in the morning and empty the shelves day-after-day with no regard for others who were unable to visit the store at those times. They did not try and retain some items for other disabled or vulnerable customers and just let the store be emptied. They did not limit sales they just grabbed the money and ran… In addition, they did not dissuade clues of people standing shoulder-to-shoulder in long ques as far as the eye could see, ensuring the rapid spread of the virus. So now I have no shopping left and they refuse to answer the phone to let me enquire when the best time to visit is, so not only do I hopefully avoid getting infected but also to enquire when there’s some food on the shelves. Quite frankly, their management should be held accountable. That is the polite version.

I bought a Motorola Motog phone 3 weeks ago and it will now not accept a charge. I call the family mobile 800 number and am told to do the things I have already done as the phone itself suggests when it will not accept a charge such as reset the phone, try different outlets and even different chargers. Due to the issue as well as people reporting not being able to hear me when I speak on phone calls, I have come to the realization this is a defective phone. I have reached out to family mobile support both via phone call and online chat with no assistance. I was told I am not eligible to return or exchange the phone since it is a "new phone". When I pressed the customer service representative on this and asked to speak with a supervisor the rep disconnected the call. Why would 3 weeks after buying the phone I would not be eligible for a exchange or return? This is a total scam. I am complete dissatisfied and would not recommend this service or company to anyone.

I wish I could give this walmart 0 star!!! I stand online at the CS to return 2 items in 20 minutes, I saw the employee done with the guy in front of me, then he went around, picked up the chart then read it to another black male staff who's working on another customer. I said loudly I've been waiting for 15 minutes and still waited until another young lady came and call me, the black male said to me: "I'm the manager! he read the chart and helped me for this customer?!" that means TWO PEOPLE did one job and talking!!! I'm asian customer! they discriminated or racist?!!! oh wow, or you tried to work slowly so other customer wait for you? great! " you are the customer service manager?" so what? are you clear the line to help the customers so they don't have to wait on line too long? you are the customer service manager but you made your staff help you to finish your job? you can not finish by yourself??? VERY NEGATIVE customer service and racist!!!!! The store manager should know about it!

Walmart store in Nevada MO is a good place to shop it is clean and well organized but sometimes they will redecorate the whole store and you not be able too find what you are looking for nor well the employees go to find it for you

The WalMart in Neenah, WI is usually clean and well organized. There are always going to be items in wrong places, or on the floor thanks goes to customer's. As for the state of how clean the store is early am very good. Later Pm not as good. I have never gone around an isle and almost collided with a mound of poo. So yes all things considered Walmart keeps the store pretty clean. I have never gotten out of the store with everything I went for because either out of it, don't carry it anymore, company stopped making it!🤑 Associates are courteous and helpful.

Wal-Mart..where I live, changes every day! You can't find what you're looking for! It's like a new maze everytime you go in. Except for the meats and breads!!

I love walmart!! They have everything you need in one store and the prices are very good.

Service is terrible at this Wal-Mart. I have purchased items online, but when I arrive at the store, the Kiosk is never manned. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes before someone arrives. The hired people do not seem to understand what customer service really means here; nor do they seem to care. Management at this store is lacking. I never experience issues when I order grocery or any goods through Amazon.

Usually has everything I need and more. I'm a browser and usually end up with impulse purchases. That's not a bad thing. I can always find a use for the items or return them. Returning is easy, by the way. Love my Walmart store.

Most of the time I like to look around and see what's available in a brick and mortar place of business 1. Because I can physically see my choices and make a better decisions most of the time. #2. I can talk to or ask questions to receive greater knowledge of what I want to buy. I get my body moving and blood flowing, and this increase my lifespan. #3. I get to see friends, family coworkers that I have not seen or may never see again. #4. There are so many items I would never know exist and would not be able to touch or examine with out Walmart stores. #5. I often spend money at local restaurants, gas stations, and fast food establishments and other businesses near Walmart Stores. The Walmart Super store where I shop most of the time has got the best pharmacy I've ever used. In Arkadelphia Ark. Shopping on line is great and must continue but remeber don't get too lazy if the lights go out some one will have us all by the balls. How many people stop through your town because you have a Walmart near. When a winter storm is on the way Walmart stores can supply most of your needs like no one else can. There are several towns that if it were not for Walmart and the local schools would be a ghost town. I love Walmart !!! Michael A C
