Excellent experience with the Kings Hill branch in West Malling whilst buying a property from them, especially Be Chapman who went above and beyond with help and advice during the process and always kept in touch as well as being very knowledgable about the area.
I found all the staff but especially Be to be warm, welcoming, ready to answer any questions i had and totally professional through out which made for a smooth purchase of my property would highly recommend this branch.

We have just purchased a flat in Broadstairs through Wards. I must confess to having instructed a lousy solicitor but Sally, the Sales Progressor, made it happen. It probably wouldn't've without her - patient, understanding and always pleasant to work with. A real service.

It has been a really good experience dealing with Billy, Keryn and other Wards staff with selling my flat. They are always pleased to see me when I walk down from the station. And once a sale had been agreed upon, Sally Bryant organised matters that I could not even think about, e.g. four sets of solicitors plus the clients also. Well done Sally.

I was 22 when I started the process of buying my first home with Wards of Eynsford and I honestly couldn’t have had a more satisfactory experience! I was warned by many people that buying my first property would be super stressful and time consuming but Judy (in particular) and her colleagues at the Eynsford branch set out every step very clearly and kept me updated every step of the way. Even when they were under pressure, they dealt with everything extremely calmly and made me feel assured throughout the whole process. I can’t thank them all enough and everyone on their team deserves a raise!

My wife and family have lived in Kent for over 40 years, and every house that we bought or sold, of which there have been many, has been through Wards of Kent. They have always been an efficient and business-like agency. We trust them. Recently, we had to sell a second house in the village of New Ash Green that we were renting-out for over a decade. This was because of the changes in the tenancy laws.
The house was vacated by the tenant in March this year. It was well marketed by Wards and attracted a reasonable number of viewers over many months. Although there were a reasonable number of viewers and some price reductions no firm offers were received. This was because the market was already saturated with similar houses in the area; and our house had not had any major improvements compared to the opposition. The months were passing by and it became imperative for us to sell the house before the winter came. Being vacated and empty of any life and furniture in the winter would have rendered it sad and cold. This would have increased the problems of saleability and insurance cover. Also, we wanted to avoid an approaching new fixed term mortgage rate, which was likely to triplicate due to the enduring pressures from inflation and high cost of borrowing. After a few months, the manager of our local Wards branch in New Ash Green was replaced by a new manager, Steven Sanford
Steven Sanford did not waste any time in assessing our situation and familiariseing himself with the New Ash Green scene. He came up with some novel solutions. It was obvious that sale by private treaty, which is the normal way, had its risks as many potential buyers might be picky and might demand price reductions or pull out at the last minute; thus causing us much frustration. Steven proposed a new idea, which involved a modern method auction of the house. This had the benefit of finding a reliable buyer and using proven in-house experts and conveyancers; all aimed at the promised securing and shortening of the sale process Steven and other colleagues in Wards had a good understanding of this new modern type of sale. They gave us the confidence that it would work; and in fact, it did work. We were able to sell the house reasonably quickly, without it languishing empty, for months. Yes, the house didn't reach the price that we had originally expected, but it was very possible that this price was completely unrealistic; due to the conditions that were prevalent at the time. So, in particular we would like Steven Sanford for all his care and attention during the sale. He is a very likable and efficient person, and we wish him well in his new post. Peter Davies

Both Be and Sam did everything in their power to make selling our present property simple and enhanced the reputation of both themselves and Wards even more by setting us up with a rental agreement prior to purchasing our new property which made what could have been a very stressful occasion much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend Wards to anyone looking to move.

Excellent service from Abigail Cantrell at the Maidstone branch. We needed to find tenants for our property as we are moving abroad and Abigail made it stress free and easy for us. It’s a massive weight lifted off of our shoulders and couldn’t have done it without her! Would recommend wards to anyone after such brilliant service from start to finish.

Monika was incredibly helpful she was patient and knowledgeable. She had excellent advice and really listened to what we was looking for. She went above and beyond and found a property for us at a different wards branch that ticked all the boxes. I had a bad opinion of wards until meeting her and she change my opinion, so much so that she actually gained additional bussiness as i advised a family member to use wards to sell his property.

Vicki & team at Loose office are absolutely dynamic and as on it as one could ever hope for. Comms - great, top notch sales and service. And the proof is in the selling, house sold in little more than a week. If you're anywhere in the radius of their office this is the Estate Agent you want to be with.

Maria from the West Malling branch was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was always friendly, professional and highly informative, keeping us updated and helping to put our minds at ease, particularly during the final week, when exchange and completion really came down to the wire! Recently purchased a period property through Wards of Ramsgate. The service I received was excellent, the staff were professional and friendly. Communication was first rate, even if I had to leave a message it was always acted on and Amanda Robinson (not in the Ramsgate office) would follow through with a call and speedy assistance. A shout out to James from the Ramsgate branch, he was an absolute super star! So helpful and accommodating, very professional with great communication skills. This was so appreciated as I was moving to a completely new county and area.

Billy Flynn has been a huge help to us whilst we are going through the process of vacating our current property. He listens, gives us excellent support and advice which is what we required. Huge thank you Billy for making the process seemless.

I have been renting a property from Wards Lettings for the last 3 and a half years. They are diligent and obliging along with being so professional, in so many ways. I highly recommend them. Over these years, whenever I've had to make telephone calls, the person I've spoken to has been kind, charming and listens, responding in a friendly, satisfying manner. I enjoy speaking to Emmet when I pay my rent, via telephone. Also Will. The staff I've met, in person, including, Tammy and Laura has been a pleasure, both of whom, have treated me in a friendly, caring & personable manner. Sadly, I have to re-locate, due to commute distance. Finally....such a huge mention of respect to Billy Flynn...this Man has showed me such respect, he listens, reacts in an amiable, friendly manner, so rare these days. Billy is such a warm-hearted Gentleman...."Nuff Respect" Sir. I had a problem.. never have I experienced such a compassionate response in a business capacity. He listens and responds so reassuringly.
