After the initial enquiry, we had a very prompt response from Robert Carlton.He arranged to come and and view the property.Robert asked us some questions about what we wanted and came back to us with the design, which we went ahead with.
On the day of installation Jason (the fitter) arrived bang on time as scheduled and did an amazing job over two days.

French Doors - issues from start to finish. Slow and inaccurate quoting and an inaccurate survey. An attempt to fit the resultant doors by sawing one side of the frame off! Had to challenge this to get agreement to have the doors remade to the correct size. Glazing has a number of marks inside the sealed units, one of which is 15cms and visible when using the doors. Although compliant with the standard (3m when looking through the glazing), I’ve not seen such marks in any other doors I’ve looked at in friends and family houses.

We had a new front and back door fitted as well as three windows. It took about 4 days for Warwick Glass to do the work.
The whole process from sales to fitting was very professional. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

We had new windows and doors fitted over 18 months ago. Our new Labrador puppy decided to chew lower part of stable door seal. Simon in service very helpfully found and gave me enough seal to replace all one side of door. That personal service that makes using local reputable company worthwhile; great product and team. Highly recommend!

From the initial ordering process with Robert who was friendly, efficient. He also through the help of an app, was able to let me see the front of my house with various colours/types of doors. This helped me with my decision making and Robert was very patient with me when I changed my mind about the colour.
Jason the fitter and was very prompt, friendly and professional. He just got on with the job and his workmanship was excellent and left everything spotless. Will definitely be using Warwick Glass again.

We had Warwick Glass fit windows back in 2016, couldn't fault the quality of the windows or the fitters, however just recently had some more fitted because of our last experience with them, sadly the quality of the windows and fitters has declined, the fitter turned up making it blatantly obvious that he didn't want to be here, he proceeded to keep leaving the front door open even though we kept shutting it, he didn't fit trim to the inside of windows, damaged the skirting board and cracked a window, in hindsight I should of ordered this dick off site earlier on, we withheld payment until they came back and completed the job properly.
No wonder other window companies have set up in business with competition like this
