Wastewater Supplies Avaliações

They did not deliver due to a beaurocratic issue with their finance people not being able to accept a credit card payment.
But they took the money and , it seems , only after an email 6 days after ordering telling me that I had cancelled the order was I told of the above issue.
Theory good thing is that my credit card was refunded 2 days later.
I do not think I will bother with them again. 2 stars is being generous.

Tldr-no response or shipping in 60 days, so had to issue a chageback. See Google review for pictures of calling and emails.
Details:
Ordered a polylok pl-625 on July 28, 2026. I called in September several times during normal business hours and only had 1 call picked up and the person who answers said he would call back as the polylok truck was coming that day. I never received any response and sent several emails, so I had to initiate a charge back before my 60 day window expires. I don't know what happened but it seems this started this year based on the reviews. Added history in the pictures so the owner can't give try to flip the narrative.

The selection was impressive, and the ordering easy. Very reasonable prices and the delivery was very quick. Thank you to all at Waste Water Supplies.

Very slow delivery

The item we purchased was delivered direct from the manufacturer.. The support we received in clarifying the delivery date from Rob was excellent and we were very happy withthe price.
Gives the impression of a small business but highly recommended.

Easy to order & chase up order. Does take a full week to arrive.

Placed the order, received within two days, easy to apply to drainage system, obviously cannot see what is happening, will give a second dose in four weeks time . Quite expensive but if it works it will be cost well spent.

Both the delivery and the cost were very good. The delivery was within the advertised time and the cost better that other outlets

They tok my order and my money and then the day after emailed to say tey didnt have it and had cancelled my order and issued a refund. They are still advertising as available on their website so Im sure tat is false advertising. Whilst we were able to source elsewhere it has delyed the project by several days

Good price, prompt delivery. All good then…

Bad experience so far as I am very disappointed that we still have not received our order.
We received an email last week advising that delivery would be mid this week. However, after chasing again on Thursday (today)due to the order still not arriving, I have now been informed that delivery has been pushed back to next week.
This is really not acceptable, particularly given the delays and lack of accurate updates throughout the process.

Great company and great customer service and prices very competitive

Did what they said

Absolutely amazing customer service

I ordered stuff on 22nd march and still I haven't received it. I called nearly 20 times with no one answering my phone. Managed to get the line on one occasion and I got email which has no value and meaning. My greatest regret to order.

Arrived all OK thanks

You have acknowledged the order and taken payment but so far not delivered the goods nor given any indication as to when they will arrive despite being beyond your stated delivery timescale on your web page. Your telephone contact number goes directly to voicemail.

Great to deal when I cancelled my order , as I did not realise the company didn’t deliver to my area.
