We sent two watches to "Watch Doctors" that we had been told could not be fixed. Watch Doctors proved the "experts" wrong. They fixed both watches - one vintage and one a bit more modern - at a very reasonable price and in a surprisingly short space of time. We had to send one back (my fault!) and they sorted it out under guarantee. Brilliant company, we would happily recommend them to anyone.

The main thing is that they did an excellent job! My 25 yr old automatic watch needed servicing. It took several weeks but this was made clear up front, and the work was done slightly ahead of when they said. Although it is an inherently expensive kind of service, the price was very competitive and I thought good value. When the watch came back it was, I think, better than it had been when new. If you phone them, a person answers and is able to help you with your query. An excellent service all round.

Fantastic service, sent off two watches, arrived in good time, customer service was more than happy to deal with my further enquiry, my watches were repaired immediately, an invoice was emailed to me outlining work done and cost, I paid, and my watches were back with me the next day...and the lady from the CS team knew who Doug Judy was lol....

My watch stopped so I sent it to Watch Doctors for a service and repair. The price was way cheaper than sending it to the manufacturer (and turnaround was much quicker too).
It came back looking great: as well as the service they'd given it a clean and polish, and it keeps better time now than it did before (it's an automatic watch, it used to lose a second every few days - now it's more like a second every week or two).
I'm very happy with the service, price and speed, and WD will be my first port of call for any future watch-related needs I have!

I’ve just picked my omega sea master professional 300 M back from a major service/overhaul. When I took the watch to them the watch was in a very sorry state. It had a lot of use over the years. The lovely staff of brought my beautiful watch back to life. It is like brand-new. I sent my beloved watch to be repaired as I had need a bit over zealous winding it. The watch although of relative little value has huge sentimental value to me.

My watch came back in so much better condition than when i sent it, perfect and working as it should do. They even managed to tell me the model and age era it was in. I and the return packing and wallet was icing on the cake,i will be sending it their for any other repair or service that it needs

Great customer service from first contact until my Zenith Chronograph watch was returned. Immediate response to all enquiries and the watch has been returned today looking as good as new.

Watchdoctors - i sent my omega seamaster for service and repair. It was originally returned with them saying it was fixed. The bezel then turned both ways. And it lost time. I returned i. they said they had fixed it but I had the same problems. i returned it again. They said they fixed it "on and off the wheel" - but after 6 hours after return - it had lost 15 minutes. Watchdoctors - you are not a good company - if I cannot trust my watch then that is bad. I tried to save a few pounds sending my prized watch to you. Never again - Rob Wright

What an amazing experience from beginning to end - you call and they answer the phone - a real person no less! Lovely staff, very helpful and hugely reassuring, we had 2 TAG watches revealed with new batteries and I felt comfortable from beginning to end. They turned them around within 2 days despite giving a 2 week estimate. I love the fact that I could support a business with a shop front even though I was too far to drop in so had to send the watches.

I contacted Watch Doctors about a service for my late granddad's Garrard watch. I wanted to wear it for my sister's wedding as a bit of a sentimental thing - unfortunately our family has thinned out quite a bit over recent years, and fewer people were able to attend than we would have liked.
