I inadvertently purchased the wrong strap size. Watch obsession, were brilliant enough to replace and to install the deployment clasp for me. Great advice and service from them! I would recommend them highly.

First class service from telephone advice through to fast delivery of chosen watch strap. This was my first order with Watch Obsession but I would have no hesitation using them again and recommending them.

Have used these guys a few times and always had great service.

Found several watch straps that fitted my Breitling (which has very small dimensions) and ordered the one I liked. The information on the website is great as I found that I can use a different clasp I have with the strap. Really impressed that it arrived the next day and very happy with it. This will now be my go-to place if I ever need another one.

Never received it!

Got an email to say it had been delivered but nothing had arrived. Looking at the POD it looks like it was delivered to another address and I have no idea which. The picture looks nothing like my front door. To be sure I’ve double checked the shipping address on the order and it’s correct so I have no idea why it would be delivered to another address. I’ve checked with neighbours and no one seems to have received it. Could you find out where your genius courier dropped my parcel please? People who can’t be bothered to read an address properly or send a POD with the address on so you can at least confirm where it was left! Willing to amend the rating if this is sorted.

Amazing service. The quality of the product is top notch and well packaged. Very impressed, ordered on 27 August and was delivered 29 August, with customs costs covered in the price (from UK to South Africa). Highly recommended

Originally bought a couple of watch straps in 2022 and had some issues with sizing. Specifically my watch stated the size was 20 but the watchobsession size 18-20 was too small so I needed the size up.

Watch obsession sent out a few different sized mechanical pins so I could adjust the strap to the perfect fit.

So brilliant customer service. I regret not adjusting my review sooner.

I've now bought another watch strap to replace the first one as I stupidly wore the watch in the shower one too many times and it degraded exponentially. This new strap has been shower free and is holding up really well and looks a million dollars.

I'd say their pricing is fair and the selection of straps is amazing. Probably could do with some clarity over sizing, especially with watches like mine which seem to be right in between two mechanism sizes.

Don't often write reviews, but this - as a 5 star service - was a no brainer

Bought a Beco tech watch set. The case was cracked and one of the hinges was snapped. Maybe not the most expensive watch screwdrivers but I paid enough for a new item to arrive in new condition. Not worth the hassle of returning so in fairness I haven’t made a direct complaint but I’m a bit disappointed so my review reflects that. The set was packaged in a bubble pack and I can’t see how the damage could’ve happened in transit so it’s been sent out broken in my opinion.

Really pleased with my Di Modell Chronissimo strap which goes so well with Smartwatch I have. Service was impeccable and Matthew really helpful

I have no complaint with Watch Obsession as a business based in the UK - but, if they are going to sell watch bands etc to far away places like Australia - perhaps they might tell you if you tick Free Royal Mail Shipping it will take 3 weeks or more to get to you - and, the tracking details are almost non-existent.
In fact, even though their prices are very good - you would suffer less Stress by buying local.
DHL charges of $60 or more make any initial purchase non-competitive.

Prompt delivery for my replacement leather sports strap, it was easy to fit. Certainly pleased with the appearance of it.
Since this review I have had an issue with a sports deployment order this was rectified by Watch Obsession. Their approach to dealing with the problem has been First Class. Very Satisfied regarding their customer service.

Ordered 2 straps - I'd was away so didn't have a chance to try them until about 2 months after purchase. One of them fit perfectly but the other was too small, which I exchanged for the 22mm size. The exchange was processed quickly but in the end the larger strap was too large so I had to return it for a refund. The other strap fit perfectly and I'm really happy with it.

It was a shame the second strap didn't fit but the customer service was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

Ordered a strap for my Porsche watch. Came quicker than I thought and is of great quality. Looks really nice and fits beautifully. Not cheap (cheaper than Porsche), but well worth it.

I have bought a few straps here, I need an extra large strap, this is a place I can always find what I need. Latest purchase war for a new watch, that I wanted to change the issued bracelet for a leather strap, having ordered a deployment buckle from the shop I bought the watch. I was confused by the appearance of the buckle, and rang WO for some guidance. Late on a Friday, had some superb help and guidance and ordered the strap I decided on, it arrived the folowing Tuesday.
