Great product and great service. I wish it was cheaper, but a good product is hard to come by cheap..!

Ordering online is straight forward and the replacement filter was delivered very promptly. Great customer service, too!

I just started using the My Water Jug and it has exceeded expectations! The jug is easy to use and very light. Water filters through quickly. And the taste is unbelievable! I compared it to my partners filtered water and my tap water and it is way better. Very happy with my purchase.

I’ve had a shocking experience with Waters Co and their customer service team. Please be aware that they only respond via email, they will NOT have a phone call with you to resolve anything - even when a quick call would greatly help. They take weeks to respond and everything is dragged out.

The description on this page says “Lifetime Warranty and satisfaction guarantee” - neither is true.

Upon a recommendation from a naturopath, I bought an Acebio jug from Waters Co which is good and the water tastes nice. So we decided to buy the BioMax under sink filtration system. I have had a complete home system in the past and the water was good.

Two weeks into using it we contacted Waters to say there was strong chalky smell/taste from the water. We couldn’t drink it. We had followed the DIY installation and flushing instructions.

We spent 1.5 months chasing Waters co, going back and forth trying various ways to solve this. They agreed that it shouldn’t taste like that. Even with filter 4 disconnected, the taste was awful. The water had been undrinkable since we installed it at the start of August. Throughout this process I kept asking for a quick call instead of waiting a week for an email and to work through this. I am not sure if I was speaking to AI or a person in those emails. They also didn’t provide the correct info and constantly had to defer to their “technical team” for next steps and decisions.

Even more frustrating than spending $849.15 on a water filter (plus ongoing subscription of the same cost) system that doesn’t work, is the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never experienced such poor treatment by a retailer. We also bought a new faucet for this system to work which set us back $500. So the investment is substantial for something we aren’t using.

The Waters co team have basically said that we can :

A. Put up with the taste which they now say is “earthy taste” and it’s supposed to taste like that, when originally they agreed the chemical/chalky taste shouldn’t be there and were trying to troubleshoot it. If this “earthy” taste is expected, why haven’t they mentioned it anywhere on their site or before when we first raised the taste issue!!
How would they even know what the water tastes like, they won’t speak to me to discuss this.

B. Use it with Filter 4 disconnected. This wouldn’t be using the system properly. And we’ve already advised the water tastes bad even with this done.

C. Buy another type of filter and install that. Who knows if that would even work, and it will cost more?!

Our trust in the system, the business and their customer service is completely gone. We are tired of trying to make this work. It shouldn’t be this hard.

They refuse to allow a return/provide a refund, and say we can cancel the replacement filter subscription but never sent the email on how to do that. Of course we will cancel a subscription for a filter we aren’t using!

We had spent so much money on this system, and it isn’t fit for purpose and the retailer will not allow us return it and provide a refund. Trying to get any help from Waters co is like banging your head against a brick wall.

We are currently looking into appropriate actions that can be taken. We cannot afford to lose this amount of money on a system that isn’t being used.

I recently purchased the waters co filter jug. It arrived quickly and in great condition. It was easy to assemble and use. We took ours camping and it was a game changer. The water was fresh tasting and no chemicals at all. We have used filters on our home for years and can’t stand town water. This jug is a must for anyone travelling as it clears out all nasties. I’d highly recommend using waters co filters, well worth the money.

My replacement filter was delivered promptly to my door. Just in time as I couldn’t drink the tap water for another day. Now drinking delicious hydrating, fluoride and chlorine free water again as I have for years with the Ace Bio!

Water is so lovely! Very happy with our purchase and love that I now have fluoride free water, as we didn’t realise that the whole house filtration system didn’t filter the fluoride. Water now tastes even better than before … great service too! They even helped me to set it up!

Process to order was simple, arrived promptly and what I expected. Even had a personal follow up from the company. Impressive.

Addicted to this brand!! Love it at home and love to take it when we go away in the van (which is often!!). Some people say water doesn’t have a taste, but it really does! The filter not only keeps our water as safe as possible to drink, but also tastes the yummiest!

I purchased a Bio 500 Max 7-litre water filter, but it turned out that the ceramic filter is too large and the tap is dripping. I contacted them via their contact form and sent several emails, but I have received no response. Additionally, emails sent to their address bounce back with a “message could not be delivered” notification.

Love Waters Co water jugs, have bought several as well as for family. I even take it on holidays with me when we're driving. Love it.

After switching from Earths Water which I think is a scam, I did my research and found this to be the best on the market. I can honestly confirm this is the real deal. The water tastes amazing. Very happy.

I ordered a new filter jug and when it arrived, I noticed the main filter was slightly damaged. I contacted Watersco and they responded right away and sent out a replacement. Great service and great products, which is why we continue to buy from them.

My shower filter arrived pretty quickly, was easy to assemble and had to working within 5 mins. I bought the lavender aroma filter and it smells so nice! Will definitely be buying refills :)
