Waters Co Filters Avaliações

Best quality water filter jug on the market! Replacement filters are very affordable too. I do not drink water unless it's been filtered by my jug. Customer service is excellent too.

Great product! The Bio 1000 arrived super quick, we had great customer service and the water tastes really nice!!

10/10

Setting it up is easy if you watch their video on how to do it. Recommend setting reminders in a calendar to change the filter stages as required, but the main ones are only every 4 years for the bio 1000 which is one of the main reasons we bought it.

Wow wow, so far just got the jug for drinking, and a shower filter, the difference in the water is amazing!!!!! We could taste more and more contaminates in it and had looked at Waters Co for years! So glad I made the jump you use this company!!! Hope to find a position for the bench size one soon!

Our BioMax Waters Co filter is great! Fast delivery and excellent follow up customer service. The filter system was easy to install and the subscription ensures we will always replace our filters on time.

Water has never tasted better!! Absolutely LOVE the alkaline jugs!! Second purchase and a great gift idea for family too!!

Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received!

After ordering the wrong size filters for my water filter I reached out to the company to see if they would exchange them for me.
From there they ( Bec particularly) went above and beyond to support me exchanging the filters for the correct size. Nothing was too much trouble and their correspondence was quick, clear and helpful.

I would absolutely recommend this company, it's rare these days to receive such great support and it's noticeable and appreciated.

Delivered quick with everything as advertised. Clean, alkanised, great tasting water everyday - this is something everyone should have.

I ordered a replacement filter kit for my Bio 400 water purifier. Went through the procedure as usual with all new filters - rinsing and letting them filter some water to discard at first. Once that procedure was complete, and drank the water from the new "initialised" filters, I noticed a a more neutral, cleaner taste than the water from my old, (long overdue for a change) filters. Waters Co. must be doing something right!

Amazing product and well worth it!

Great water filter and great customer experience!

Great product, been using for a couple of years now!

Purchased the 5.5l water filter and 2 more for the family as I live on an acreage. The filtered water tastes great and I avoid any issues with stagnant water

Delivery is fast and customer service follow up was great.
Fiddly for me to assemble as I have no patience , but glad the filter has a long shelf life. Nice to know how much it filters out compared to other water jugs I have had.

Honestly the best water filter I’ve used. I’ve used plenty of different ones including different waters filters installed under the sink. I purchased the Water CO’s bench top filter and it was easy to install. The water tastes soooo clean!! 10/10 would recommend.

Got the mywater 1.5l jug with x3 filters included. From ordering to delivery was super fast. Highly recommend! water tastes great and super happy with the price. safe, nice tasting water for a year before having to replace the filter. Thank you

We’ve been using both the shower filter and the home water filters for over a year, and they’ve been great. The water definitely tastes better, and we’ve noticed a real difference in overall water quality.
I have dermatitis, which gets particularly bad and itchy during winter. Since using the shower filter, my skin feels less irritated after showering, and I’ve noticed much less itching during flare-ups.
The customer service has also been excellent, friendly, responsive, and delivery is always quick. Overall, we’re very happy with the products and would definitely recommend them.

I first tried your water filtration system last October. My girlfriend had the portable one for travelling. I’m sensitive to waters from different sources/towns/states & I loved the taste of the filtered water. Decided to order my own for upcoming travel as well as to keep it in our caravan (love the compact size). Impressed with the customer service & their follow up which always rates highly with me!

This company goes above and beyond to look after customers. Brilliant products, fantastic response time and service 👏

Always happy with the service and quality.

Good customer service. Water tastes much better through the filters. I like that the jug has a date option to remind you when it’s due for a filter change.
