All dealing with the team were very positive and helpful kept us fully informed throughout the deal. All the team were pleasant and easy to talk to. All in all very good.

Laura lord and her assistants went on holiday at the same time and failed to meet the deadline. Despite having 4 months to arrange a remortgage! This cost me an extra payment on my mortgage and left me over 1k out of pocket. Avoid!
