Currently used Watson Ramsbottom fora house sale and i really couldn’t of asked for more.
Their expertise and knowledge is fantastic, super friendly and go above and beyond to complete the sale which wasn’t straight forward.

Razia was absolutely incredible in reviewing my settlement agreement. Not only did she clearly explain everything to me so I was in a good position legally, she was so understanding, empathetic and patient with me which made such a difference to my stress levels at a difficult time.

Having had a good experience buying our new house nearly 3 years ago (thanks to Ben and the team), we turned to Watson Ramsbottom once again. After a breakdown in communication with the former solicitor, Danielle & Neve at WR quickly got the ball rolling to solve a probate issue. Six days from first contact, we had a face to face meeting and things progressed quickly from then on. We were updated regularly and now the probate issue has been fully resolved. A timely and professional service, that i couldn't recommend more highly.

Lorna Snowden is amazing. There are no words to describe her actions and determination with regards to myself and my husband navigating through buying/selling process. Lorna was on the ball to update us with every step. She swiftly noted the delays with other solicitors involved and would continuously remain in contact to keep our minds at ease and continue through the process. I would honestly say she has gone above and beyond!
Not that we are likely to move house again... (never say never), I wouldnt think twice in contacting Lorna again and in any other matters that require a solicitor. This has not been the first time that we have used Watson Ramsbottom and we will continue to do so!

Emily & Ellen have been absolutely superb dealing with the sale of my house & onward purchase. They have moved extremely quickly, kept me updated & responded to my queries without delay. The process was frustrated by a solicitor lower in the chain who was the quite the opposite but they managed this incredibly well & managed to get the result we needed. The stark contrast in service between Ellen/Emily & the other firm was unbelievable. 10/10 would definately recommend!
