Poor service
I was unable to get through to our account manager and rang main number. My initial call was answered promptly but I was told that I couldn’t be transferred to my account manager. A message was being left but no one called.
I had to ring back 3 times over the next week and make a complaint before I had a call from a manager called Emma who told me to keep calling the account manager as her team couldn’t help. I will be escalating to our procurement for contract review

Used the online service regarding a query on the location of our meter and a potential leak. I spoke with an actual person called Lesley and not a bot and she was extremely helpful and sorted out my query promptly.

My call was answered promptly. The team member I spoke to was very polite and understanding and made me feel very comfortable on the call. She experienced some software delays during our call, but she was very good at keeping me updated and was very apologetic - not that she needed to be.

Water Meter Confusion
After dealing with a long standing frustrating issue confusing our water meter with another customer on the same site John from customer service took a considerable time to deep dive and fully understand the issue which has now resulted in closure. Excellent service.
