My first two orders in June & July of in-shell walnuts were perfect, deliciously tender and "buttery"! I was surprised my September order through Amazon was disappointing: bag unsealed, nuts scattered through Amazon's packaging, nuts sub-par and dried out.
I received an immediate reply from "WeGot Nuts" about the issue and their Customer Service immediately graciously reacted in sending a perfect 4-lb. bag of delicious walnuts.
This is an exemplary company with extraordinary customer service and honest, ethical standards. They will remain on my favored vendors list!

Ordered white almonds for a wedding and they send bright colored red green purple that looked like they were for a children’s party. Did not taste fresh. Very disappointing. Poor customer service. Did nothing to compensate. They have a lot to learn. Will not order from them.

Placed order #SH100976 for 10 pound of Raw Brazil Nuts which were shipped on 6/26/2026. I received the shipment on 6/29/2026. Two 5 pound bags were in the shipment box. One the 5 pound bags contained pieces and crumbs and not the Raw Brazil Nuts that I ordered. The 2nd bag was perfect. I immediately sent We Got Nuts, an email for this issue, but did not a response for several days since it was the holiday weekend. We Got Nuts does not provide any method to actually speak with a representative.
I did sample the nuts in the one bag with the crumbs / pieces, but they were not as good previous orders.
I have sent numerous messages to We Got Nuts, but as today they have refused to provide adequate compensation.
The email communication chain is attached as a PDF file and JPG photo of the one bag of nuts.

first time buyer, ordered 3 different bags of trail mix, very happy with the product. I paid 7.99 for shipping and received in few days. Will purchase again.

I ordered what I believed was a twenty-five pound six nut raw nut mix. I was extremely disappointed when I received the four nut raw nut mix instead. Haven't opened my bags yet, so I can't comment on the quality.

It was fast shipping. The product is the problem. I bought lots of different nuts $120 worth.
First off the pumpkin seeds in their shell were very stale despite being within the date. Then within a few hours me and my family got food poisoning from them. We were extremely ill. We would of gone to the emergency room but no health ins..
So needless to say we did not try the other nuts we purchased.
I tried getting my money back and return them to them but after trying 4 times (by phone and email,) of contacting them they will not contact me back to take care of the situation.

Great company with great shipping

7 days on shipping order sits there the or at least overnight and following before it ships ridiculous times on shipping. No one else has this lengthy shipping times

I hasitate to purchase becuase of the lower cost, but figured I would give it a try. Boy was I shocked to find the high qaulity of the nuts. I will be a frequantly returning customer.

I bought a package of dates and a package of salted Brazil nuts from this company. Most of the dates were dry and even hard, not soft and moist as they should have been. The Brazil nuts had a faint smell and taste of mold. I was very disappointed and will not order from this company again.
