Ordered cleats and received them 4 months later after soccer season was done. The box was completely destroyed. Customer service, Devin, was very nice and knowledgable but the company policies stink. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. So not only have they had my $90 this whole time but now I get to pay for shipping again.

Can we leave negative stars? I just ordered $1000 worth of kits for my two kids for their soccer team. All of the kits arrived on time and I was quite happy until I found that they had custom printed a Small sized jersey when all the others were Medium and Large.

I reached out to "Gaby" via their zendesk help line and she was less than helpful. I asked for an itemized listing of my actual order... she did not provide it. Why is it this is the only company on the internet that wont give you an actual receipt... that is itemized?

Now- I have a jersey that doesnt fit my daughter... that I need to reorder and their website does not allow for individual team jersey orders... What a nightmare... I suppose it's back to Soccer.com for our shoes, and other accessories.. avoid at all cost.

I ordered a Ronaldo jersey and it was delivered to me. It ran very small. I tried to exchange it for a larger size and they are refusing to exchange or refund saying it was customizable and final sale. I have never dealt with a company like this in my life. It's not like we got our last name on it. It is the name of a popular player. They lost a customer for life.

I would leave 0 stars but that is not possible. I ordered a jersey from them that said it was in stock and tracked my order each day. After 7 days it was still in progress so I went to the online chat function to see if my order was being shipped and was told it was out of stock. Of course I asked what online retailer allows you to order and pay for something that they do not have in stock but no answer was given. Unfortunately my local club uses them for our kits but I will do everything in my power to discontinue using this company. if you order from them, understand that it may be back ordered and they will not tell you for weeks.

First of all....the 800 # they have listed is disconnected. Big red flags. I finally called a # in MA prior to placimg.an order to ensure I'd receive b6 Christmas and was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. Thank God I didn't purchase anything here

24 Nike hoodies. 1 box, received 4 days after purchase, all brand new in original Nike polybags, all during December - the busiest time of the year. Thanks for the great service.

Don't recommend purchasing shoes from this Company unless your a lawyer who reads the small print every time before you make a purchase. Ordered shoes for my son and they didn't fit. I took off the tag with plastic that goes thru the shoe lace hole so he could try them on. Not thinking anything of it I threw the tag away. Tried to exchange the shoes two days later and because I don't have the tag, they won't accept the return. I have the box, shoes were worn for 15 seconds indoors and never touched a soccer ball; however, without a tag they will not take them back. If I bought the shoes directly thru Nike, my son could have worn the shoes for 14 days and we could have returned them with no questions asked, but WEGOTSOCCER won't take them back without a tag. Anyways, kinda scammy in my opinion. Buy your shoes somewhere else!

The quality of the clothing is fine, but the customer service is horrible. There are plenty of better places to order.

The negative reviews here had me a bit worried. But my order was fulfilled quickly and without problems.

Will never buy from them again! Got our cleats in a reasonable amount of time but they were way too small and this company does NOT provide a return shipping label. You spend $300 for cleats and you return at your own expense! That is extremely poor customer service!!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Just gave me the run around for over a month and staff is incapable of reasonable problem solving conversation, basically they just read scripted policies over and over to customers with complaints and never solve the problem. They will not back a defective product and I'm out $250 and stuck with a pair of cleats that can not be worn without the potential to cause an injury. I was told to contact the boot maker (in Italy) myself!🙄

I placed an order in June and got it in September, then placed another in August and am still waiting for it. The company offers no customer service or assistance but keeps telling me the items are in processing and will be ready in a couple of weeks. At this point the season is over and my boys have not worn their uniforms once! I have spent over $1000 with the company in the past few months and they couldn't care less. In fact, I've requested to talk to a manager a few times and they have said none are available. I asked to cancel the order and they said I couldn't since it was a custom order. This company is the WORST!

You may have soccer, but you definitely don’t have soccer uniforms. Promise was 3-5 weeks for a uniform kit, been over 7 weeks and still hasn’t even shipped. Asked to cancel and be refunded the $100 and was told sorry not possible. Definitely need to address that policy. Whether it’s custom order or not, I’m not paying for a uniform that my kid will wear for 1-2 games! Unacceptable

Worst customer service ever! Season is halfway over and we don’t have a uniform. Asked to cancel was told no. Asked for a partial refund was told no. Asked to speak to a manager was told no. If a company can’t meet deadlines to get uniforms out in a timely manner then they should not agree to fulfill the order.

Absolutely awful experience with We Got Soccer. Shipping is months (!!) behind schedule. I get a different answer from every customer service rep I speak to. After a total runaround on a soccer kit that was ordered in early July (still waiting in late Sept when the rest of the team has received their). They won't even ship the items free when they are ready. I have never experienced something like this - and am not willing to blame covid-related delays. Stay away!!

Reading the Wegotsoccer reviews only after having placed my order for the size ten Zoom Vapor 14 Pro, which no other site had in stock, my spirits were dampened if I’m honest. But the shoes came delivered as ordered and in a prompt fashion.

The return policy is the worst I’ve seen. Also customer service is horrible. I’m sticking with soccer.com

Agree with non helpful canned response.with customer service. They do not care. Ordered July 31, 2021. Uniform was guaranteed to be in for first game if ordered by Aug 5. I ordered 2 different team uniform kits. One is ready but they won't ship because other kit is missing socks.

More people should speak up! teams should stop using

Slow prep, shipping and same old story from customer rep. Ordered 1 month and 10 days ago, estimated 3-5 weeks shipment. 8 days ago I requested updated ETA and was told 5-10 business days. I called again today and got the same "canned response" of 1-2 weeks. Seems like that's their typical response. Games start this weekend and we have nothing! I wish we had another option to get uniforms.
