I have been waiting over 6 wks for my order and now they tell me it is out of stock. With no refund So now I have to get my Bank to persuaded them to give my mo ey back. Poorly organised, customers service Is awful plus they don't answer their emails.
BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
DO WHAT I DID PAY WITH CREDIT CARD IF IT DON'T ARRIVE GET YOUR BANK TO TAKE IT FROM THEIR ACCOUNT. THEN YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK. PLUS THE GOODS MIGHT TURN UP. 😄

Does not do carpets, advert does not state this, says all surfaces, times advert.
Totally misleading.

Absolutely terrible company. My Dad bought tablets which he thought were high strength, when in actual fact he got three times as many tablets to enable him to take 3 a day instead of one, at a cost of £275!!
We returned them, they claimed the didn't receive them, luckily I kept a photo of the note enclosed, the label and the returns receipt, which cost nearly £10 to ensure there was a signature, after 5 weeks they finally got their refund. Now they're bombarding my Dad with phone calls lasting ages, confusing him and therefore causing him to spend more money that he doesn't need to be spending. Avoid at all costs, they're linked to several other companies, also sold him a "Gardening" discount pack costing £89.99, which he knew nothing about. They did finally refund when I emailed them. If you do return anything, keep a copy of absolutely everything as back up

Dreadful leaflet arrived by post. Just reading it makes me suspicious. Do be careful. I would stay very well away. Huge number of totally unsubstantiated claims. Nothing remotely scientific. Some items would appear to be dangerous. Scam. Medically, the potions cannot be beneficial. They are killing sharks for their cartilage and use many other planet and animal-harming practices. Immoral.

Only ordered one item and now being bombarded with junk mail from all sorts of companies.
So be careful.

A terrible company. once a product ordered and finally received we have been bombarded with requests to re-order. The product did have a beneficial effect but for pensioners to find £60 to buy more needed some juggling but my husband did intend to when finances allowed BUT now we will never buy any product associated with this company. I have blocked the phone number but they are still able to leave voicemail so Im stuck as I need to leave answerphone on. I have written by post, telephoned, answered the call and said go away and emailed but still the calls come. I only gave one star to enable this comment window to open otherwise it would have been zero stars. Save your money.

I am very angry with the response (or lack thereof) I received on 15.09.21 about a returns package collected on 10.09.21.
I called on 07.09.21 about the robotic vacuum cleaner I had ordered. According to the Wellform advertisement this could be used on carpets. In the manual it stated that it was not to be used on carpets. This was the reason for my return. The advisor told me she would arrange collection on 10.09.21 BUT she did not inform me that I would need a returns label. Hermes would collect on that day and I should put the invoice with reason for the return inside the package. I did so and put a sheet with “Wellform - to be collected - “ on the parcel.
This was duly collected by Hermes at 1.05pm.
On 15.09.21 I received an envelope with a hand written address and a returns label inside..
When I called Wellform the person to whom I spoke was quite rude and continually spoke over me not allowing me to voice my concerns. She said that the original advisor would have told me that I would need a returns label. I said that she did not. Finally unable to be allowed to speak I hung up. Wellform have not tried to contact me although I have received another email advertising the robotic vacuum which also states that it can be used on carpets!!
The refund I am owed is over £100 pounds which I am not prepared to forego.
I have sent an email to Wellform to which I not received even an acknowledgment.

Useless. Products arrived in horrible state missing items and damaged. Customer service not interested.

recently purchased 3 month course of aonori slimming tablets from this company at a cost of £90. this turned out to be a complete waste of money as i didn't loose any weight and their money back guarantee is a joke. apparently you have to apply for a refund within one month and not wait to see if the course, in my case 3 months, has any effect! i would not recommend anyone to use this company and would have given them zero stars if that were possible.

My friend’s wife died 10 months ago but these buggers won’t stop sending her junk mail. The latest leaflet for Black Nettle (snake oil) refers to blacknettle.co.uk which is non-existent. Or phone them up at 13p a minute. Charlatans!

This is a useless company and if you don't want to be frustrated please don't order from them. I recently placed an order for a knee support after a serious injury. The order finally arrived but with an ankle support. I subsequently got in touch with customer services and although I explained my situation they insisted that I should be responsible for sending it back via a shop in the High Street, i needed to have a return label but this was not in the parcel, then I was given a code to give to the shop, it turned out the shop had no idea about this code. As it was not my fault that the incorrect goods was dispatched I felt that it was the company 's responsibility to collect it. They also would not send the ordered item or refund me until they received the incorrect goods sent out.

Wellform's prostate treatment is very good – the problem is getting hold of it! The website accepts an order, money is taken against the card payment, then – and only when you ask Customer Services – they tell you it's out of stock (so you run out before it is even back in stock). Not good. Should tell you it's out of stock and should NOT take funds until goods are despatched.

i was told by your sales person named Deborah to take the 30 day amount of pills that would cure myTinitus which cost just under £50. I have had the imposition of taking these useless pills dedicatedly for 30 days and if anything my Tinitus is worse. I did not read any reviews before placing an order, and I'm glad I didn't or I may never have gone ahead. Contrary to many reviews, the service I received was first class. The fruit trees arrived 36 hours after placing my order and they were strong and healthy with well established shoots. Any company can get it wrong from time to time, so I am happy to acknowledge when things go well.

still waiting for slimming pills ordered paid for 5 /feb and not delivered i think your company is the scumb of the earth not a cheating innoncent people out of there money had to press 1 star to get to write review no way on earth would i willingly do so

bought 5 bottles of tablets for my prostate, 1 bottle came the other 4 were crossed off the order. emailed them no answer. Lucky for me I used my Visa card so going to ask them to get my money back. I wish I read the reviews before I bought.

I placed a recent order with Wellform. Due to a glitch with their on line order form that would not accept my discount code I was unable to claim a 25% discount I was promised. I advised their Customer Services Dept. It was too late to amend my payment but a few days later they repaid the 25% direct to my bank.

Reading all the negative reviews I think occasionally this should be countered by credit where due.

Appalling took £29:99 of my elderly fathers money for magnifying glasses. Never received the item or reply email .

After reading the reviews I was apprehensive but 3 fruit trees arrived less than a week after ordering. They are twigs but the roots look good so am confident they will be great. Thank you Wellform.
