Not sure what all the bad reviews are. Ordered my fruit trees. Arrived in 9 working days. I did email them after a week to see when they were being delivered. Answered after two days. They are twigs but that is what I was expecting.

Don't touch this firm. Wish I had seen the reviews before I bought. Put it down to experience. Bought a vibroaction Pro. Didn't work so asked for a replacement. They collected old one on time. To date replacement hasn't arrived. When it failed to arrive quickly
instead I asked for my money back - guess what - no response. I am still waiting since 10th March for a working machine or money back. Fancy advert in the Telegraph not matched by service or in my case quality of product. £140 wasted but I am not going to leave it there.

Probably the very worst purchasing experience ever.
Did not receive the goods, fruit trees, made numerous telephone calls, held on for a great length of time on each occasion. Now find it costs well over the normal
rate to ring this company, who put me on hold and then closed for the day while I was still hanging on.
Trying to tell me I have received the goods WHICH[ I HAVE NOT. Refuse to refund my money, Have told me they will send me a form for completion and will consider what they will do. At no point did they apologise for their incompetence or possibly worse.
DON’T USE THEM.

Ordered these fruit trees,. Only bare twigs sent. 2 had no root at all and the other 4 had minimal roots. 2 look dead with no buds. Nothing like as described. Can not trim as directed as there is nothing to trim. Rubbish and a con. What a waste

I ordered six of the column fruit trees at a cost of over £50. They arrived late (no response from customer service email when I tried to chase them). What I finally received was a box of three with an extra set shoved in. The trees are just sticks. Only two of which show any signs of life with a few buds. Avoid this company at all costs and the Daily Mail should vet their advertisers better.

I would advise anyone not to purchase from this Company. They have not delivered my item although they insist that they have. Cannot tell me what address it was delivered to . Promised to send a form for a refund this has also not happened . They just don't care. .

I wish I had read the reviews first - lesson learnt. I ordered three fruit trees from a newspaper advert on 14th February, an email to them brought the response that they would be with me in 3-5 days, that was two weeks ago, I have emailed them for a refund.

Following my email to request a refund, I have received the amount in full! However I do not think I will be ordering from this firm again, I also today had a catalogue in my newspaper from Easylife which operates from the same address as Wellform, their reviews are not brilliant either.

Avoid like the plague. Order placed over 2 weeks ago. Money taken from my account the next day. 70 quid wasted by looks of other people's reviews. I really should stop trusting people so much. Thought they looked like a decent company. Obviously all bull. Hope they rot. No reply from customer services email sent either. Once again, AVOID.

Impressive marketing- but sadly let down by rubbish customer services ! Do they ever reply to phone calls, emails or contact messages?
I ordered products over 2 week ago and still no delivery - but they take your money quickly!.
Their call centre charges 13p per minute and you are just kept on hold after the call connects and no option to leave a voice message to leave a request a ring back at their convenience.

It's such a shame so many people have had bad experiences. Mine was quite the opposite, I recieved all 3 trees about a week after the order and they look good, they're all budding. Thank you wellform.

After sending off my money I read the reviews on Trustpilot and mentally wrote off my £35 which I had sent for three fruit trees. They arrived today 3 working days after order. They are 30" high I expected twigs. They are in very good condition. Not at all what I expected. Looks as if Wellform can get it right sometimes.

Dont buy from these con artists, goods take ages to come, and when they do, the bin is the best place for them, stay well clear....

See also Eckman Reviews. Same address, so possibly simply different trading names. Either way, I would like to be able to post a negative star review as item ordered on 31st January still not received by today, 24th February, despite still being advertised in a full page advert in The Times. Section 75 claim with credit card but I will not even consider ordering from either company based in Cremers Road Sittingbourne

I spent £80 for ArthroChoc with this company. Very expensive mistake. Took it for months and it didn't help me in any way. I wish that I had checked reviews before wasting money that I couldn't afford to lose.

Order arrived today 5th February (placed 14th January) and of course I was, disappointed. Ordered from a company in Kent it came from Cyprus with the name “Wellforme” on the label and an address in France. Now this company in Kent trades under Wellform, notice the similarity and the French company in trouble for advertising issues, sound familiar, and of course, Protaphytolshop among others. My disappointment was triggered by the fact that the “free gift” element of the order was OUT OF STOCK. Given this outfits track record, why am I not surprised. Despite asking for an explanation of what happens now, no reply. Now I have tried to contact Trading Standards but at the moment the process is not that easy, so I have sent details to “Rip off Britain” on BBC and suggest if you have an issue with this mob you should do the same. If you check out all their trading titles the only real positives are on the one site, so are all the others wrong? These companies have a massive turnover, coming in mainly off the backs of the elderly I suspect. Tried to trace the “Prof” in Canada who appears in one ad, so far not been able to find him, but am I really that surprised now. I am also very suspicious of the Easylife (family) who are at the same warehouse but deny any connection despite a lot of bad reviews. One of the Easylife bunch has had a change of trading style and seem to be very busy merging the Trustpilot reviews to get rid of the red ones I suspect, but dont be fooled. They deserve to be shown up.

Like many others on here, I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this company. DONT BUY FROM THIS Company! It’s all a scam and run by scum fraudsters. How they are allowed to advertise in national newspapers is beyond me? The newspapers should also be held responsible for allowing the adverts.
They took my money straight away and when I Chased the goods, it took 3 emails to get a reply, which stated that the goods had been dispatched, but would take 7-28 days to arrive. I honestly doubt they will come, but we will and see.
In the meantime, I am reporting them to the trading standards, the ASA for fraudulent adverts and to the police for theft.

Dear Sir, the clip on Magnifiers you sent me are absolutely useless! My reading glasses are much superior. Even the box they came is better.

Utterly appalling. Was a table bought for an elderly lady but didn't match the photograph, was incredibly unstable and dangerous and they refused to respond to emails. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Purchased an item with a money back guarantee if it didn't work...it didn't...still waiting for a reply to my emails. The first email they did reply to saying they couldn't find the order, luckily I kept the order form and scanned it over, I have been emailing a woman called Katie who just doesn't respond. Disgraceful company, have reported to trading standards.

I should have read the shocking reviews before ordering.
I ordered on 20th December. No communication. Then slow to answer my emails and now I have been told to wait a further 28 days...what a shocking service.
If it does not arrive by then, I will be claiming money back on my credit card
