very poor all round, placed an order received confirmation acknowledge twice and that order would be despatched within 48 hours - not received after 10 days, took two days to be able to speak on telephone, no response to email only to find now item out of stock and supplies not in until end of August.......... the item was definately in stock when ordered obviously got put to back of queue with on line order.............. now awaiting refund.......................will not use again

totally agree with all the other terrible reviews. Banked my money immediately, no goods three weeks later, three unanswered emails, impossible to get through on the phone. I am disappointed that their catalogue dropped out of the Scotts of Stow catalogue. That is a very decent company, I foolishly thought this Wellform company be also. No doubt the distribution company put this rubbish in the Scotts catalogue, but I will be letting them know how their name is being sullied.

Would of given no stars if i could.take your money no products arrived. Trying to contact them i terrible. They cut you off when you ask about goods or a refund. Dont use this company. Total scam and rubbish

I bought a Vital leg product advertised through the Daily Express. They acknowledged the order then nothing, tried to phone them to see where the order was, their customer care line is an absolute joke, you are just in a Que with a stupid message saying there are more that 5 people in front of you, does this mean there could be 5,000 or what. They are a junk company the product arrived eventually but doesn't work and you cannot get a refund without a returns authorisation number which surprise surprise you have to obtain from the Micky Mouse customer contact number that is never answered. This outfit is a bag of junk, don't ever buy anything from them, I will contact Kent Trading Standards and also the Daily Express.

Bought three fruit trees in the spring. Apple and pear tree fine cherry tree died a few weeks ago. Contacted them within the last 4 weeks still no reply. Looking at other reviews I'm not the only one with a dead cherry tree and no reply after contacting them. Will definitely not buy from them again. Crap company!

Ordered two packs of masks on the 11th June, paid £21.98, still not received the goods. Four emails sent to Wellform, Spent lots of time waiting on phone for customer services, now the phone line does not work.
They are obliviously con merchants.

Wish I'd of read the reviews before I ordered! Thought it was a safe site as shows a padlock.
Ordered easily, received confirmation email straight away. HOWEVER that was the last contact. My item was not received and they haven't replied to any of my emails but took the money!

Wish had read reviews absolute scum reported to fraud team at bank DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. surprised at the daily record newspaper advertising for them. Dirty filthy scum bags who steal your money. If I don’t get refund going to office and confront them 😡😡😡😡

Just been on wellform Facebook page put on a review and it when to there office in Bangkok that's why you can not get in touch with then

I think this company may well be a scam. They banked my cheque immediately, but three weeks later still no products. To telephone them its a high charge number, so they get even more money from you and they haven’t responded to my email to their customer services department. Would not recommend, in fact I’d say ‘stay well away’.

As we could not source sanitising gel locally in April we ordered some from this company as advertised in our paper. Payment was taken promptly and order confirmed by email on 25th April. Despite several enquiries on line and a chat with customer rep Gina on 30th May. our order has still not arrived!

There should be a no star up there as this company would get it, awful service

The one star is earned for their speed in taking payment.My bank account was debited on the day after I ordered.No goods were received after that and all emails went unanswered.
I finally told them that if I did not receive confirmation that my goods had been dispatched by a certain date I would reclaim my money by chargeback through my bank.At 21.00 on the last day they emailed to say my goods had been dispatched although it still took another 10 days for them to arrive.
The bank refunded the money to me and immediately I had a phone call from Wellform asking me to make payment to them again.
I would advise anyone who is unfortunate enough to order from this company to use the chargeback system because it is the one thing which seems to produce any response from them.

Awful service I placed an order with them for £49.96 and paid. Half an hour later it was still showing not paid so I pressed to pay again they have now taken two payments from me but will not accept this so I am now left £100 down and no goods 3 emails sent do not reply my bank can’t do anything about the 2 payments as they are 1/2 hour apart so classed as 2 transactions. I am disgusted and disappointed they are just scamming people keep well clear.

Product was 48 hour shipping after 10 days item still hasnt arrived. Phoned and had to wait to get through at 13p a minute only to be passed to customer services and join a queue as customer #5 as many others have said is the case. Seem to prey on older people. DO NOT USE

Sales team very abrubt and not helpful, probably the worst I have ever dealt with. Also out of the 3 trees Apple and Pear are going well, the Cherry has died.

my wife ordered full face visors 2/6 we have tried phoning there phone cuts off customer services phone always has 5 people waiting whether it 9.05am 4.00pm no answeres to any e mails 6 issued moneytaken 2/6 no goods
19/6 one parcel pushed through letter box not 2 paid for 2 no other correspondence accosding to there latest advert thev have reduced the price we paid for 2 received i

today they sent a catologue

total and utter farce they have taken money never spoken to us yet can send catalogue total farrce

Well after contacting trading standards for advice and emailing Wellform in excess of 10 times, I eventually mailed wellform to tell them that if I'd not heard anything in 5 days I'd arrange a charge back through my bank. Surprise surprise I got a mail from well form telling me my order was dispatched, recieved goods today. 4 days later.
Dont buy them, these are overpriced, chinese imports, that are cheaply made. If you have purchased and not heard from them contact your bank for a charge back. Wish I could give a minus stars rating.
Dont use this company, they take your money, do not confirm your order and you dont get the goods.
They also dont answer emails.
Please if you have used them report them to trading standards so they can be stopped. Also if less than 4 months try to claim back money via your own bank.

I ordered a few items including 4 visors and hand sanitisers on the 2nd June and despite my phone calls (no reply) and writing to the company to ask when I can expect delivery and today, 22 June I am still waiting. I shall advise our Civil Service Pensioners Association not to promote this company as it isn't a reliable company.
I am a Which member and I shall ask their advice how I can claim my money back. A useless company.
