My Little Fruit Tree
I ordered 3 column fruit trees from an advert in a pukka gardening magazine, Garden News. The trees duly arrived. The apple and pear settled in well and so far seem fine by the cherry promptly died on me. I have been trying to contact this company for 3 - 4 weeks for a replacement/refund in line with their promise. I can find no email, but managed to get through to the order line. I was given a customer service line, but (as per other reviews) when I ring I am told there are more than 5 customers waiting; this goes on for twenty minutes with the same message. I can find no email, but have traced the company to a firm with a web address that does not appear to exist on the Net. I will be making an official complaint to Trading Standards and suggest everyone else does the same.

I never received an Email from the company " which I thought rather Rude,in fact it was the first time in 20.years . .that a company had not sent a copy Email listing goods & expected delivery day & times.
I received NO answer to that Email either. The purchased product Never arrived after 9.hours of waiting -and paying no small cost for: nexr day delivery. sent another Email -using Wellformdirect's contact us Box-with some sharp observations>NO REPLY -sent another Email today Thursday -

Frustrated with inefficiency and dishonest trading. Should be investigated by Trading standards and brought to heel.ordered a razor and instead received replacement blades with NO razor. Spent half hour trying to make phone contact always +5 calls waiting. After finally getting thru to be told to call back as systems were down. Enough to swear.

After sending lots of emails to WELLFORM they at last sent me my items that I ordered ages ago. I would like to say a big thank you to TRUSTPILOT for putting my original letter on their page. I will always check reviews on TRUSTPILOT in future if I ever decide to shop on a site I have never heard of.

Please don't use this company. I ordered 3 fruit trees from an ad in the Readers Digest on 24 April. The money was taken from my credit card 2 days later. After 10 days I received 1 fruit tree. Since then I have sent numerous emails with no response and telephoned also , with a recorded message saying there were at least 5 in front of my call. I also emailed Readers Digest to ask if they had received any complaints, again no response. Bad show all round. Please avoid.

What a ridiculous company.
My Mum ordered 3 fruit trees from them. Mum sent them the correct address, but they sent them to the wrong address and postcode. Called them (just too busy at the present time and you wait an age to get through) and was told they'd send a disclaimer form. No form arrived. Contacted again. Now waiting for "another" disclaimer form.
No idea why they sent the trees to the wrong address...sent to a barber's shop which has been closed for about 3 months. Yodel driver left trees at these closed-up premises. Any company that uses Yodel should not be used, as they are unreliable.
Please avoid.
This has got to be the worst company ever. I ordered goods from them four weeks ago. Promised delivery in seven working days. Money taken from account two days later. Still waiting. Numerous emails without reply. Can’t get through on phone. They are still advertising in the Mirror & other newspapers. Avoid at all costs unless you want to loose money.

I would give this site 0 rating if it would let me. I ordered 3 fruit trees 4 weeks ago. It took my money straight away but when I tried to email and ring as to where they were my emails bounced back as site didn't exist and phone number just engaged tone permanently. I hope they're proud of themselves at taking people's money but I doubt it. These people have no conscience!

Do not buy anything from this company, in the height of the COVID 19 pandemic this company advertise hand gel and do not deliver, a rather dangerous item not to deliver to customers, despite that fact that it could save lives, trading standards should close you down.

Ordered fruit trees on 26th April had confirmation e-mail strait away, and payment taken, but no sign of trees. E-mails bounce back, can't get through on phone, Bad is an understatement.

Purchased 3 fruit trees for elderly neighbour from the Sun advert on the 20th April, no trees, numerous emails, no refund.
They have absolutely tried to cash in on people on lockdown doing their gardens, this scam needs to be exposed! I will do this if no refund in my bank this week!
