Excellent Service
We have had cover on 3 different properties with West Craven Property Insurance Services Ltd. On all occasions there has been an issue with timing like a house purchase over Christmas holidays or last minute need for cover and their staff have always expedited our queries and come back with something to help. Its really a pleasure to work with a local company and to cooperate with someone so efficient.

I have just arranged my BASICS Blue…
I have just arranged my BASICS Blue Light insurance through West Craven and achieved a significant saving on the renewal cost proposed from my previous broker. From initial contact to completion of all the necessary arrangements they have been superb! In particular I would like to thank Kimberley, she has always replied in a timely manner to each and every contact - nothing is too much trouble. It's really good to be able to deal with someone at the end of the phone/e-mail who knows exactly what they are talking about and understands what the customer needs. Thanks for an excellent service and also for facilitating a package which allows BASICS schemes and volunteers to carry on with their life-saving work within the community.

Amazing customer service
I have my blue light BASICS car insurance with West Craven. Excellent. They are a very supportive, helpful and responsive team. I had a recent issue where I had an overlap of car ownership and these guys just simply sorted it with no complications or fuss
I’ve mainly been dealing with Scott Clarkson and he’s great.
