Ordered some Astilbe Lavender from Whole Blossoms. They contacted me right away that they didn't have the color lavender available and if I would like to substitute a different color. Order came in time for my event. We did have an issue where they didn't print my unit number on the shipping label. I did have to give WB a call that they needed to contact the shipping company. They did do a followup to make sure I have receive my ordered. The only reason WB is getting a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because they did not have the exact flower in stock.

Received flowers I couldn't use! My white anemones were pink and green. They were roughly the size of a nickel! I couldn't use the flowers I ordered. Wholeblossoms sent garbage, which I couldn't use and when I called customer service they stated they couldn't do anything because they sent me 100 flowers over the 50 I ordered. When I stated that I couldn't and didn't use any of the flowers in my arrangements they said that they couldn't guarantee that the flowers would be perfect. And refused to issue me any kind of a refund. I would have been satisfied with 50% but they refused. I would never recommend this company. I have done numerous weddings and Costco and Sams club is the only way to go. They actually stand by the quality of their flowers.

I ordered 25 bunches of seeded eucalyptus to make a 36 foot long garland for my daughter’s wedding. It arrived on time and well packaged. It even dried well and we continue to enjoy it.

I am a flower enthusiest with an amazing eye for color and balance in floral arrangements and have spent years searching many different wholesalers. I have used many companies before but when it came to my own wedding, I only wanted THE BEST. Having said all that, I must say that, by far, Whole Blossoms is THE BEST. They had such great catalog, it was so cool to find many different options, literally hundreds! I even had to call them several times with many questions and couldn't believe how friendly and knowledgable they were. In today's world there are so many incompetant people and companies but Whole Blossoms is more than professional, they treated my order as if it was their own wedding. They have great energy and charisma. That's just one part of the story, the other part was the incredible prices. The particular roses I was searching for was a little over-priced in almost every other place but when I added everything up it proved to be far under budget. When my wedding finally came, the flowers performed spectacularly! You will not believe how full of life the flowers bloom into, and as someone who has worked with flowers over many years, to be impressed, is a lot! I highly recommend this company and stand beside my words.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A VENDOR EVER

I bought 500 roses and 2 bundles of baby's breath for my wedding so that I could do the centerpieces and bouquets myself.

As you probably could have guessed - the flowers didn't show up as scheduled. After hours on the phone with customer service (with them constantly trying to get me off to "call me back" -- meaning I had to call them back each hour because they definitely didn't follow up on their own) ... we finally resolved that they would ensure the flowers were held at FedEx the following day so that I could pick them up at 8AM rather than wait all day for delivery.

I called back TWICE after that compromise to confirm that the flowers would be held at the FedEx store and to confirm the address.

Really, should I have been surprised that the flowers weren't held at FedEx the next day. Wholeblossoms didn't even call them!

The flowers didn't get delivered until late that afternoon and I had to scramble to get the arrangements done with only TWO hours before the rehearsal dinner.

The moral of the story is ... spend a few hundred dollars extra. Save yourself the nightmare and get a real florist. Trust me ... whole blossoms is a waste of time, money and energy.

Never experienced a worse company or customer service.

Oh - and they have the nerve to challenge bad HONEST reviews to get them suspended from websites until you prove your case. All I have to say to that is I will be posting on every affiliated website and I will prove it each time.

I ordered $612 in florals (5) items and ended up only being able to use 2of the 5. Flowers came in dead and brown. The dahlias I ordered which were $249 of my order were dead. They also without a call or warning substituted carnations for dianthus. The only request the bride made in advance was NO carnations. When I called 5 days after the event I let them know about the damaged product but only asked to be reimbursed for the carnations. They said they didn't have a record of sending carnations, really? Thus the burden of proof was on me. They were indignant about the fact that I had not called them the day of the event and that I hadn't returned the damaged product that same day along with all of the shipping information. Who does this? I didn't receive the material until 4:00 pm and then had to scramble to replace the damaged and unusable flowers. I was treated as if I was doing them harm, not the other way around. Bottom line, do yourself a favor and don't put yourself through this same nightmare. I also ordered flowers from Global Roses and was completely satisfied with their product.

Fabulous! Everyone doing a wedding should let WholeBlossoms have their order. The order was perfect - on time, everything opened in 3 days as promised, beautiful! I will certainly use this company again whenever I have a bulk flower need - or probably any other kind of flower need.

Recently I had a wedding in which I needed just the right shade of pink roses to complement my wedding theme and bridesmaids dresses. I searched every floral shop I could find to no avail. I heard from a friend that it was easier to find it online so I then looked up pink roses and found Whole Blossoms. They were able to locate the exact color I needed from a picture I sent them. My flowers were not only the right pink but amazingly fresh! I recommend them now to everyone.

Horrible service. Dead on arrival. Customer service is speechless.

This is a wonderful company that far exceeded my expectations. Whole Blossoms has the most beautiful flowers I have ever ordered amd their cuatomer service is 2nd to none. I give them my highest approval.

Oh my goodness, their flowers have amazing color! Whole Blossoms was a very smart choice and worth checking out I fell in love with their website and now look for excuses to have a special event. You can't go wrong with them and highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Recently I helped to arrange a banquet in which we needed orchids. I did a little research and found Whole Blossoms and was thrilled to talk with their wonderful staff because they were absolutely friendly and encouraging. The orchids came and after we placed them in arrangements they looked incredible! Everyone was so happy and feeling good about the banquet. Though everything went perfect, that is not enough, they lasted almost 3 weeks! Amazing freshness! Got to give these guys the thumbs up and a shout out to everyone.

We had a very good experience with Whole Blossoms and I wanted to share it. I purchased 20,000 roses for Valentine's day to be sold by my church to collect funds for charity. We do this every year. We not only received the biggest heads of roses but the service provided for our order was excellent. Everybody was complementing the quality of the roses and we were able to sell all the arrangements since they stood alone in the stands of 5 churches. Price was very good too. We will absolutely continue using this vendor in the future and highly recommend them.

Do not do business with these people... they are liars and cheats.

Here is a quick run-down, I got married last year and did my own flowers. Every other vendor was great and the flowers came just fine... except for the 250 white roses from these criminals.

Ordered and Paid: Then had BANK FRAUD $5k + (only purchase made on that card in 90+ days)
Received Email: "We never got your payment!!" Called them, Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard.
Received Email 2: "YOUR FLOWERS HAVE SHIPPED" :| 60 days early, call them panicked: Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard.
Received Email 3: We won't have your flowers, we're sending you a different white rose.
10 Emails Later: They "guaranteed" that the roses would arrive on time.
5 days before wedding day: Your roses shipped, the ones you ordered, not the replacement, they're on their way (Huh, wow they get them here fast, ships Monday, arrives Wednesday)
3 days before wedding day: NO FLOWERS!! I call them, get voicemail, no call back (all my other flowers arrived.
2 days before wedding day: Hurricane!! They're delayed but will be there tomorrow.
1 day before wedding day: No Delivery. Finally reach them on the phone. "We'll give you a credit" (LIES)
1 day before wedding day: Go out and spend 5x what we paid for 250 roses to get 200 to replace the missing main flower.

10 days after wedding day: Call them, "Hey guys, haven't seen my refund...?" They tell me I'm not receiving a refund, they have no record of it and the I will get credit instead. What am I going to do with that??? I'm not a florist, I'm a bride! " We'll call you back"
20 days later: No call back
90 days after the wedding: I call them to use the credit. "Sorry, your credit expired." I pushed them... We'll escalate and call you back within one hour.

Today 100+ hours later: No call.

They have my money, I have nothing. Whatever you do, go elsewhere.

Very Good Quality! When I received my white ranunculus, dark pink lisianthus, and blush peonies I was more than pleased with the quality of flowers from Whole Blossoms.
