issue rectified by good customer service
I purchased a number of items including a shower door. Unfortunately I was sold the wrong size for what I needed and never realised until the brackets were in place. I spoke to customer service and after a little resistance my issue was dealt with by a chap called Dylan (Harkins). He understood the issue and arranged for me to be provided with a replacement door in the right size which I picked up shortly after. Excellent service from Dylan. Much appreciated.

This is an issue that has been outstanding... the staff in showroom were fab.. I was given a card for a reliable company to install my bathroom.. Craig Brand Bathrooms so I went with him... still waiting on the job to be finished ... he took away my electric shower that I had in.. which was less than 6 months oldto refit new one .. I did ask to keep it... I was promised a new door on my cupboard in bathroom ..still waiting .. I approached the store to be told .. not their issue .... as craig has blocked me on everything when I asked about the door .... I put trust in this man ... im still very annoyed and angry .... as job was never finished ... so I would not recommend paying CASH until the job is done to the standard you require.

Shibu at Hillington branch
Shibu was very helpful and checked availability of products with colleagues if he was unsure. He told me that he had just started working there and he was willing to try his best. After looking at various alternatives we proceeded to order. At this point his colleague Alice was very good at telling him, if he needed help but also allowing him to continue on his own. She checked that he hadn’t missed anything which would be needed. I opted to hold my delivery until workmen have started. I now am hoping that the delivery arrives as smoothly as the ordering process.

George Morrison was friendly
George Morrison was friendly, helpful and engaging. He took all the required details, that was some process in itself. George is the very best of customer service.
The only down side was having to collect at a different location which has nothing to do with George but the company is growing in success so requires a second outlet.
I prefer to use Wholesome Domestic for bathroom accessories as you can see, touch and make your choice from what's available.

Helpful, knowledgable and friendly
We had such a great experience choosing our en-suite thanks to the help from Alice Murphy.
She listened to what we wanted, offered her expertise when we needed it, and always allowed us to make the final decision ourselves.
Alice was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful throughout the whole process.
As a couple who have never completed a room renovation from scratch, Alice made the process very straight forward and a lot less daunting.

Great friendly and informative customer service
Gurpreet was friendly and helpful without being in any way pushy. We appreciated being given the space to look around and take our time. We had some questions about lead times, she was clear about the process, we were pleased with the flexibility of options around ordering and delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Trade bit
Been in and out the collection point a few times.
The girl at the front called Charlene is a wee worker bee and always cheerful and happy to help. She was good helping a new guy out and was patient.
Only thing thats disappointing is seeing some of the guys playing games on their phones, while the lassie is backwards and forwards.
