Helpful, knowledgable and friendly
We had such a great experience choosing our en-suite thanks to the help from Alice Murphy.
She listened to what we wanted, offered her expertise when we needed it, and always allowed us to make the final decision ourselves.
Alice was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful throughout the whole process.
As a couple who have never completed a room renovation from scratch, Alice made the process very straight forward and a lot less daunting.

Trade bit
Been in and out the collection point a few times.
The girl at the front called Charlene is a wee worker bee and always cheerful and happy to help. She was good helping a new guy out and was patient.
Only thing thats disappointing is seeing some of the guys playing games on their phones, while the lassie is backwards and forwards.

Second time ordering and panels come…
Second time ordering and panels come damaged. Trims are more like bends rather than straight end trims. The customer service is non existent hostile Scottish people. As a plumber and bathroom fitter. AVOID THESE AMATEURS AT ALL COSTS. Pay more and go to an actual proper company.

3 orders all damaged!
Used this company 3 times and ordered their marble effect shower panels! Every order the panels were damaged costing me massive delays with my clients! I have explained that they need better packaging but with the response I received they sounded like they just didn’t care!!!! I will be looking for a new supplier moving forward.

Friendly and efficient service from Alice
Alice welcomed us in quickly, asked how she could be of help and took us through every step of picking out my perfect bathroom.
I had some questions about wet room fitting and bathroom components and sizing. Alice reassured me of the options available and ensured I was happy with every aspect of my quote before proceeding.
I left Wholesale Domestic feeling confident in my choices, thanks to Alice’s reassurance and patience.

Workmen booked but no goods
Delivery for 2 order nos -one for tiles and 1 for bathroom suite was confirmed by email for thurs 3/9. I booked my tiler for Fri 4/9 because of this. toilet suite arrived but no tiles. Tiles arrives pm on the Fri but no trims so had to pay tiler full day for half a days work. I was told trims were lost in transit and wouldnt arrive til tues or wed. So I am left with a tiler who will be wanting paid but no trims that he can do job. When I asked to speak to a manager or complaints dept was advised he was the manager and complaints just go through him anyway. Very disappointed and angry and would definately not recommend this company to anyone

Good Afternoon Elizabeth,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with your deliveries and understand the frustration caused by the delays to your tiles and trims, particularly where this impacted your installation schedule.
We appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you directly and that we were able to agree a resolution. While we were unable to arrange a replacement delivery within the timeframe required, we are glad we could organise replacement trims for collection to help get your project moving again.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve the matter.
Kind regards,
WDB

Served today by Charlene and a male colleague in the collection store who went above and beyond to help us and sort out the problem we had, great customer service was nice to have someone that listened to the problem instead of making a bigger one which happened in the showroom.
