Please with kitchen fitter Matt parlett happy with kitchen .not with Trevor Williams as problem with radiator too big my mum is a old age person who had a stroke in 2021 o went with my mum into wickestold Trevor went in store to tell him he didn't care said he will sort it havent i got someone to do it costingmy mum
money.
Rang Wickes know one cares I wouldn't recommend Trevor to design kitchen to anyone .

Update following my recent review .
Eventually received all the missing or replacement parts and got the kitchen finished.
Take my advice and avoid buying your next kitchen from wickes unless you want months of hassle

Designed well by a helpful, experienced designer Trevor. A date was set for June, an installer called Dean allocated for instalment. Told it would take 3 weeks .... it took 6 weeks! Approx. total cost of kitchen £35 to £40 000
Dean and his chosen installation team. Polite, high quality work - efficient and would recommend all the individuals involved in our installation be employed on further projects in our home privately.
1. despite having an allocated installer we received multiple calls asking from various installers to come and assess the project. Alleged computer problem. Eventually put right after complaining - some of these calls were at 07:00hrs.
2. A call from a driver saying that he was on the way with kitchen to leave in garage many weeks prior to installation date. Yet another call to Trevor and eventually to the complaints centre.
3. Getting through to the complaints centre is near impossible. The last call took 16 minutes to get through. A typical length of time.
4. Once through to make a complaint there appear to be only 2 centres. One in Glasgow and one in Isle of Wight who did not speak to each other and referred always to 'the person' allocated to your case. - they will ring back... hours later.
5. On the day of the quartz installation we had a call from the vehicle. Someone had put a machine on the pallet and the quartz was ruined - no installation. Note we had a kitchen with no plugs. No lighting. No hob. No sink.
Note we are elderly with a granddaughter coming the day of Loughborough Uni to stay for 6 weeks to work during the summer at the atomic centre in Harwell. Next year will be her masters year - Physics -She is coeliac. Lactose intolerant and a GB wheelchair athlete. A nightmare as her food has to be prepped and stored separately.
6. The project was already running over as Wicks failed to supply the wall cupboards.
7. We tried to use the complaints system on the Saturday. The Glasgow lady ref. me to Isle of Wight. Phoned Isle of Wight and an extremely unpleasant, unhelpful man answered the phone. Carol to ring back..... Hours later. She could do nothing but phone quartz supplier on Monday. I had to ring again on the Monday as she failed to ring as promised.
7. Over a week later second attempt at quartz work top and back splash back - one panel cut wrongly - couldn't install. Exposed socket. Deans team yet again inconvenienced . Trevor contacted but powerless to help. Customer complaints Carol same.
8. Panel eventually installed week 6. Spoke to Carol I think compensation in order . Good will gesture of £120 offered which I feel is inadequate - have we received this - of course not.
9. I have found out from different trades people that my tale is not unusual - it has been hell for my 79 yr old husband, myself and the granddaughter - does the company care?- not a jot - did we get an official letter of apology - not one.
10. Go to Wrens or a local kitchen installer who can supply to same with far less mental stress and anxiety.
11. I wish there was a NO STAR rating as this is what the organisation deserves.
12. they send you a feed back complaint form - by the time I was in a position to complete the form it said it was over 7 days and I was no longer able to fill it in - no wonder they don't register complaints they don't give you long enough to fill it in!

Well designed by Trevor Williams in store at Wickes Banbury and with guidance for parts required.
Coordination for delivery of parts was good and all deliveries received on the requested day in time for the initial start date.
With a revised start date the bath was removed and installation of new shower was expertly carried out by Yalmaz along with plumbing, tiling and electrical work.
