Wickes Burgess Hill
I recently went into Wickes in Burgess Hill for some things for my house renovation. Later on walked out with everything I need! I couldn’t have asked for more friendly or competent staff to help me. As someone who knows very little re guarding DIY I was never made to feel like I was being a pain or annoying. Would 100% recommend.

Great experience with Wickes design service
I have just purchased a bathroom and kitchen with Wickes and had a great experience. Sam my design consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure the process ran smoothly. He was very quick to respond to queries and helped me to design two fantastic rooms whilst being mindful of my budget. I would really recommend using the Wickes design service.

Fantastic experience with Wickes bathroom
Great experience with Wickes bathroom design and installation.
Michelle was fantastic giving us ideas with what we could do with our bathroom remodel and really took her time to go through the different options we could use with the space we had.
We used Wickes' installation who again was brilliant. Alan and his team were there bright and early each day and got the work done within the week.
Would 100% recommend.

Parking charge for visiting store two days in a row!
I have received a parking penalty notice from a private parking company for parking at Wickes in Burgess Hill. I visited the store twice, two days in a row (I have visited numerous occasions recently as we are renovating!) but the camera hasn’t registered me exiting - (or they are trying it on) and think that I parked there for 24hours! I have receipts showing I purchased items in store on both days but Wickes customer services are being really unhelpful and basically washing their hands of it saying it is down the private parking company! I parked in their car park to visit their shop- which I might add I won’t be visiting again I will take my business elsewhere. No apology or much effort made at all to help. Shame on you Wickes. This is not ok.
**UPDATE** Wickes saying unable to help and that I now have to fight with the private parking company! Washed their hands of it. AVOID Wickes Burgess Hill!!

Great service
Great service from kitchen sales/ designer Sam.
Very helpful advice on planning and lots of options offered and nothing too much trouble. Home visit and final design and order process was all very efficient and professional.

Great Service
Recently ordered a new kitchen with wickes. Dealt with Sam who was very helpful and informative. Found the whole service stress free and cannot wait until we see the results when the kitchen has been fitted. Great variety of kitchen units and worktops which would suit a number of budgets.

I recently upgraded my kitchen
I recently upgraded my kitchen, as a result I had to do lots of shopping in Wickes Burgess Hill. Id a very good experience but one person I find to be excellent in helping and support is Giselle.
