Excellent Service provided by individual named Catherine Loveland. Catherine was extremely helpful, polite while during my experience of buying kitchen for our Scout HUT.

James was so very helpful and considerate which helped knowing exactly what we needed ,he’s a credit to the store.

Aria was really great and spent a lot of time educating me on the different things I needed to consider. It was much appreciated

I visited your Croydon store on Saturday and was greeted with a warm smile and hello from James. He guided me straight to the product I required and took the time to explain to me how to use it correctly. This person is a credit to your store.

Moin was very helpful with organising and placing my delivery for me. He was very patient and took time to ensure I was happy with all aspects of the delivery all the way through

Today your sales assistant looked at me with disdain and lacked manners. She clearly heard me say hello as I approached her with my husband to pay at the till. At the end of her service I said thank you. She then said 'there you go.' giving me the receipt with a bad attitude. Perhaps she was having a bad day.
I myself work as a public servant "there you go' is not a customary way to say thanks for shopping with us, after we spent over £100.00 in your store. We always shop in Wickes. Basic customary manners goes a long way.

I’ve had several issues since ordering my kitchen and bathroom:

1. Deliveries going to the wrong address
2. A booked in appointment not in your booking system on the day of appointment
3. The original splashback I ordered and paid for was discontinued between the order date and delivery.
4. The replacment splashback I’ve ordered I was told would be in the main delivery but wasn’t. I’m now told it’s out of stock and may even be discontinued. The rest of the kitchen and paint I’ve ordered matches with the splashback. What am I supposed to do now if you can’t deliver it? My decorator has already started and the kitchen is half fitted.

Absolutely shocking delivery and stock management. Why do you let customers place orders, pay for items and base their whole decor around items that you don’t have in stock?

If you can’t deliver the splashback I’ve paid for in time, I have no idea how you’ll put this right. I’ve spent thousands on a new kitchen

Aria mixed paint for me yesterday and gave great recommendations about wall panelling for my bedroom. I will be coming back. Thanks again. Marie

I used the click and collect service which was ready within 30 minutes. Nathan helped me collect the order and even went as far as to help me load my car! He was a star!

Went in last Sunday to buy some bits for painting and get some paint mixed. Vasunan helped with the paint mixing and was completely delightful. It was our first time getting paints mixed in the Croydon branch but we will certainly be back!

Liked staff on shop floor, all of them that I chatted to were knowledgeable.

Since you responded, I shall take matter as sorted, I like the shop but...

Ps I was nearly knocked down in the car park by a bad driver and struggled to get a trolley because of the disorganisation, all rammed in.

Excellent service and VIVI pointed me to the correct product.

I've just had a complete kitchen designed by the incredibly helpful Michael at Wickes in Purley Way.
I got a great deal and Michael took the time and created me an incredible kitchen design with everything that I could have hoped for. I'm looking forward to the installation! James M.

Patrick really helped me instore today. He answered all my questions good naturedly and was more than happy to show me where particular items were. I enjoy shopping in this store, I always find it an enjoyable experience.

Excellent customer service, particularly from Vasunan who helped to advise me on the different types of paint for decorating a lounge, and then mixing it for me. Knowledgeable and efficient.

We were given advice by the lovely Amy. Although she told us she was not an expert, it turned out she knew A LOT so gave us some great advice, tips and was patient with all our questions. Thank you so much Amy!

Just visited Wickes Croydon and had the best experience with the Sales staff Rupert, his professionalism and customer service was excellent, Rupert designed the bathroom and made everything real, thank you Rupert it was a pleasure dealing with your setvice was exceptional and first class!

Rupert has been great. He helped with a flooring only project and is currently providing a kitchen design and quote

Great branch to go to, never struggle to get what I'm after and very well staffed. James was particularly good in helping me find the items I was looking for and made the buying experience a pleasure.
