Member of staff called Clare, very helpful and sorted me with the trade pro card, explained everything

I called in at 7.15pm on a very warm evening. I needed 1 x worktop fitting. I could not find it & was on my way to leave when Dan P said “ did you not find what you were looking for”… long story short Dan went the extra mile by checking the store stock to physical stock & found the item. Excellent service. I am a landlord & normally don’t think of Wickes & drive 3 miles past it to B&Q. 100% I will go again.

We would like to commend outstanding service to Tyler Whapplington who designed, measured and planned our dream kitchen. From start to finish, he's been perfect. From measuring up, patience with my tweaks and follow up on aftersales, he has taken great care of us throughout. Thankyou !!

Accidentally destroyed my receipt which I needed for my accountant. Staff member Claire went above and beyond to sort this out for me 10/10

Visited Doncaster store to buy a Karcher patio cleaner and took an adaptor from my machine to make sure it was the right fit. Asked an assistant to open the box to check the fitting but was told he couldn't open the box and he said it probably wouldn't fit my old machine then said I can bring it back for a refund. Took the box to the counter and explained I may have to return if it wasn't the right fit. The lady on the counter (Diane) opened the box straight away and let me check my adaptor fitted and all was good so big thanks to Diane for helping me out.

Wow, what a good experience today again at Wicks a big thank you to Diane and Kay both of them. They were very helpful and they did not rush me as my phone did not work to get my Trade card but they help me with that and I’ve got sort itin the end and thank you again

Doncaster branch and head office are absolutely terrible service, worst I ever experienced, I’m a self employed trade and requested trade pro , won’t let me set it up online , so got invited by manager to go in n sort it another way, so done that , n my phone won’t work and he claims it won’t work without my phone accepting the log in, I’ve phoned my phone company and no issues there end, so I’ve provided information on my buisness but wickes won’t help me get it resolved, I’ve phoned head office who pass round in circles , Even if it is my phone what’s the issue , surely they can addapt and resolve this for benefit of everyone! 3 months I’ve been trying to resolve this and still no further help ! Terrible service! Well obviously my phone isn’t too problematic as it’s managed to leave this review!

Today I visited Doncaster, I have a tradepro account and dont normally do reviews. I use Wickes for customers and personal use alike and have also found Doncaster to be be top of their tree for how they interact with customers.All I can say say is today Claire went above and beyond what she had to do, hence I'll keep buying from Doncaster Wickes for all my building and DIY needs

Great help from all the staff in the Doncaster store especially Clint and Ardin? Both very helpful but all staff very helpful every week that I go in all year round.

Met the best design consultant Kelly, she is reliable and keeps you updated regarding your order and she makes sure you’ve been looked after, she gave it her all to make sure the deal was tailor made for me.

What a lovely experience! I had to drive out of my way to visit the Doncaster store but it was worth it. The staff were some of the most professional and helpful especially the lovely lady Claire who went above and beyond to help. Its further to go but this is the only store I will be using from now on.
