Emily Gledhill Walker was absolutely amazing in designing us 7 kitchens for 7 flats we were building. Emily's designs were spot on and her recommendations to use a darker shade for the smaller flats (something I would never have considered) worked extremely well. Emily's knowledge and experience shone through as her design tweaks (like using taller above worktop cupboards) really elevated the kitchens where there were high ceilings and not a lot of kitchen space to play with. Overall we are extremely happy with the 7 new kitchens.
Emily was also very patient in dealing with my many questions !
Emily also helped design and order boiler cupboards, that turned out really nicely.
Delivery was easy.
Price wise Wickes was very competitive.

Shar listened to our requirements and incorporated exactly what we were looking for in his design.
The home visit really helped and Shar was able to overcome our issue with the height of the boiler to our satisfaction.
Really looking forward to seeing the design transform into reality in a few weeks.

Great experience Shar our design consultant was very helpful, listens to what we wanted not just pushing products. We didn’t need the kitchen straight away but even this was not a problem and we could arrange delivery when it suited us . We found the hole experience good and easy.

Emily Gledhill-Walker was amazing! We previously had a Howdens quote which was extremely unsatisfactory. Their design was poor and would not have worked. Emily spent so much time with us to discuss what we needed and what would or would not work. We also had a home visit which impacted what we were thinking. Amazing service. Emily went above and beyond to make our kitchen work for us. We are incredibly impressed with the results. Thank you Emily!

What a disgrace ! Bought a new kitchen with the added. Wickes so called professional installation package at the extra cost of £3258 plus the extra £1800 specialist works to be paid directly to one of their “trusted partners”

Installation was scheduled to begin on the 7th November 24 but was the. Pushed back to the 11th November . Small kitchen installation estimatatwd to be completed between 10 to 14 days and it has been 6 weeks for installer to leave the property and installation still. It fully completed and they need to return in January to correct some of the work.

I’m in disbelieve that after being sold a professional installation team service was allocated one single person to carry out all the works and then fusing out the installer is part of their training programe and this is his second job by himself! Was also told by the installer he could not afford to be of an extra pair of hands to assist as Wickes did not pay him enough to support the extra.

After formal complaints sent to head office including CEO David Woods and of Customer Complaints Faye White did not receive any reply not even acknowledgments from senior management team
and only got reply from customer relations advising to pursue complaint through the Furniture Ombudsman which I have prior to

I will never use Wickes again and do not recommend anyone to make the same mistake and trusting they sales techniques seeking leqal advice for damages

Kings Lynn. 1. Told us we’d get an established bathroom fitter known well to the store, we didn’t. 2. Asked for another, he seemed fine, booked in. 3. 2 weeks before start of project cancelled because he had Covid & two asbestos jobs, was running behind, arranged another mutual starting date, 4 weeks later. 4. Told we’d get a dedicated customer experience co ordinator, we didn’t, we got at least 20 different co ordinators from different call centres. 5. Took me hours to reschedule deliveries for amended project start date. 6. 2 weeks before scheduled delivery customer experience call to ask if we’d take delivery a week early, we agreed on two days early. 7. Cut short a holiday to get back and prepare living room for delivery, took all day, email at 4 pm to say it wasn’t coming early, it was back to the original date. 8. Not eco friendly, expect 6 different deliveries. 9. It’s not 100 % done for you, expect loads of texts to press links and agree dates. 10. To actually cut short our holiday for nothing was the straw that broke the camel’s back and we cancelled the whole project. Wickes didn’t deserve our £11.000 because of the way Customer Experience Centre had messed us around. 11. Deliveries arriving and we have to decline and send back. Customer Experience and KL store told us they’d be cancelled, that they’d get back to us to confirm, didn’t get back to us. We await our £900 approx refund asap.plus £400 ish for the returned tiles and flooring to store. It’s off to arrange a new one now elsewhere after over 4 wasted months waiting for Wickes to deliver, not. In addition to earlier review, the deliveries Customer Services were meant to cancel are still arriving and we are turning them away. The poor courier who had travelled to Norfolk all the way from Birmingham on a wild goose chase because he was meant to be cancelled by Wickes last week, has had an accident 200 yards from our house, the fire engine, ambulance and police are in attendance and his van awaits recovery, it looks a right off. So that will have our shower panels that we don’t want anyway and orders for other customers on board that won’t be going anywhere today. I’m reassured that the courier is okay, shocked. Tomorrow the big Wickes van Customer Services were meant to cancel is still coming ! I do hope he’s not cross when he realises he’s made a very tricky journey into our road on a big van for nothing, just to be turned around again.

First thing to know is that Wickes use local fitting firms for their installations, several for each store, so it is very much pot luck who you get.

Our King's Lynn designer, Glen, was knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful with all our many queries.

The fitter (Rich Eden) was fantastic. The only issue we had was that the tap fitting would not work well with our existing water supply, which he did know, but didn't resolve. (To be fair, we had a plumbing job planned which would have resolved the matter, if only we could get someone to do the job). Maybe he could have suggested another tap?

The cupboards we chose (Esker) are gorgeous, but mark very easily (if you knock them you get a darker mark which does not come off). If you do what I did and scrub it with a pan scrub, thinking it is dirty, it damages the surface and ruins your cupboard!

All in all we were very happy, it was pricey but it looks good and does the job. We were very pleased to be able to return some unwanted doors and worktops, which we hadn't expected. It made a big difference financially.

We have just ordered our new kitchen with Emily. From the house visit to the plans she drew us she has been amazing. Knowledgeable and helpful with all parts of the kitchen. Answered lots of emails for extra help too, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend Emily if you’re looking for a kitchen

As a local builder I use a few trade merchants. Wickes-King's Lynn has become my 'goto' supplier of choice over the years. Prices are almost always competitive, and the staff and management of this specific branch are exceptional in both helpfulness and professionalism.

We needed a fire extinguisher. You didn't have one in stock but Trudy was incredibly helpful researching exactly where we could or couldn't get one in King's Lynn. Thanks, Trudy !

Went into the kings Lynn Wickes to price up some items and find out the availability of said items, the team there were excellent, patient, resourceful and knowledgeable and gave the best advice for my products and delivery information.
What a pleasant experience with the kind of customer service that so lacking in other companies nowadays.

A delightful visit today to Wickes in Kings Lynn. We were attended to by a lovely young lady called Emily Gledhill-Walker. She was 'very' patient - doing one quote for our shower conversion, then another after we changed our minds - a few times! Her product knowledge was amazing, she listened to what 'we' wanted, didn't rush and explained all options. We would highly recommend Emily. We found her line manager and said how pleased we were with Emily.

Could not asked for better service from Sahin absolutely first class from beginning to the end could not have been better explaining choices design and very patient

Sahin was really patient and helpful in helping us find the right design and units for our new kitchen, so looking forward to seeing it all in place.

Absolutely appalling customer services. Bathroom fitted to a poor standard. Promises regarding a resolution never fulfilled. Over priced. Has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Started this process in January and bathroom still not complete. To anyone thinking of using Wickes, avoid at all costs!!!!
