The paint is reasonably priced
The paint is reasonably priced, the rat poisoning is effective, the striped lighting units are reasonably priced and work well and the staff are very helpful. Great experience overall.

Excellent Customer Service, Design & Installation
From start to finish our experience whilst renovating our En-suite has been excellent.
Alex Haylett has been so professional and helpful with planning our new en-suite and Steve Flatt has done an amazing job with installation…We are so pleased… Our en-suite now looks stunning and everything ran so smoothly… we didn’t have to worry about a thing.. Absolute joke I ordered an item from Wickes in Lowestoft Suffolk and the manager said that if I pay £4 I get it next day I didn't get it still not got it on there website it clearly says if your item is over £85 free delivery if under you got to pay £7 and not £4 I had a bad experience at this outlet won't be going back there again Wickes in Lowestoft Suffolk avoid it this place is a joke

The Greatest Customer Service Assistant!
I purchased some cement today, the quality of the cement was great as always, but this review is about a lovely lady called Kerry, she is the most polite, helpful and kindest customer assistant there is. She is always extremely helpful to me and my sister!

Great service received by a member of staff
I went into the store today and was helped by such a lovely lady called Sheena who was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using Wickes again. Thanks Sheena, you’re a great asset to the company! I just wish other stores had staff as committed to providing great service as you are. Thank you.

New fitted bathroom
The designer Alexander the fitter Steve were both very helpful friendly men who did their job extremely well. We were very pleased with the help we received from them both and the end result of the new bathroom is fantastic. I would most definitely recommend Wickesto anyone who asked me about my bathroom . Thankyou everyone .

We had a on suite redone
We had a on suite redone, Alex designed it, Steve fitted it ( with expert knowledge and perfection) result was amazing thank you to you both. The only reason for not 5 stars was the delivery wish it all came on one day instead of 4 from different suppliers.but quality and workmanship I cannot fault.

Very impressed, again, with the quality of service received at Lowestoft Wickes. All staff friendly and helpful but Dylan could not have been more helpful and well informed.

Just like to thank Wicks for our kitchen our designer Alex haylett for his advice and help the fitters Mark humfreys and sons and his team Martin and Isaac. For doing a great job very good finish. Even doing little extra jobs free of charge. I would not hesitate in recommending them thank you.

Wickes warranty
Wickes warranty is a proper warranty there are no that's not included.
You tell them what is and then they fix it.
A very big thank you to Matty Mark and Humphrey.
There was a couple of little things that needed fixing after the kitchen was fitted.
And now the kitchen looks fantastic.
It's a shame that all warranty are not like Wickes.

Paint Mixing with Dylan
