I recently moved to the area Martlesham Heath and Wicks is on my doorstep, I found the staff very helpful, the young lady on the till Becky, was brilliant, she helped me join the wicks trade group and was very knowledgeable and polite. I will be ordering my new Kitchen soon. Well done Wicks, I’m very pleased with the service I received.

I had an amazing experience from choosing, to ordering to the delivery of my Wickes kitchen (Martlesham Heath Ipswich) units and the appliances, all thanks to Darell Landridge!, he was so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and I took a while -ages - choosing what I wanted and then altered my mind, then altered it back again! Oh an his unending patience and politeness, he gave me discounts so that I was able to save as much money as was possible.
My own builder installed the units as he custom made a few bits to it, the team had forgotten to send some wall cupboard doors but as I wasn't having the units installed until a while after they were delivered I was out of the reporting time for shortages or errors, but I called the Customer Service team and they were fine about it! No problem at all!
One thing that I would advise is anyone is that if you are having your own installer make sure they are there when Darrell or another advisor comes for the measuring up process as Darrell was able to discuss potential issues (pipe work) with my builder and work them out at the beginning so there were no surprises.
Every time I open my door to my kitchen I can't help but smile! Anyone who comes to see me remarks on my amazing units and are surprised that the units are Wickes they think they're designer ones!
I thoroughly recommend Wickes for your new kitchen! Great value products! Looks amazing! And great, friendly, knowledgeable staff!

Becky at Martlesham Heath store was very helpful at checkout dealing with my exchange. She had a great sense of humour and clearly enjoys her role.

Darren was extremely helpful, I am not great with DIY so I measured myself and he was understanding and knew exactly what I needed today.

I love Wickes. Normally. Very helpful staff. This occasion i picked up a Polyfilla tub and approached the till, and, dropped it. I didn't realise the bottom of the tub split. At the counter a female assistant said " You've got to pay for that now. You dropped it". She did smile. I thought I might, I mean, might, get another but nope. I had to pay for it. Mind you, the guy next to her said he'll allow a discount. My fault but a bit embarrassing.

I was served by someone called Becky @ Martlesham who was amazing. Very cheerful and smiley and encouraged me to set up a trade account saving me some money! Very good experience

Gemma at the Martlesham branch was brilliant. I had done a click and collect from the store but had received no confirmation. Luckily I had screenshot and she checked and it didn’t exist on the system, I then tried to check for an update and this had been refunded without any confirmation. I still haven’t received the refund for this a week later. Gemma was brilliant and grabbed me the product in store and I re brought and she was apologetic even though it was not her fault. Such good customer service from her

My wife and I were helped and served by Gemma (Martlseham store) who made the experience of mixing a paint colour for us a fun and memorable occasion. It is so nice to have someone who brings life and light to a seemingly mundane job. We big it up for Gemma.

We were served today by Yasmin at Wickes Martlesham and she was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we approached her, she was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely keen to help.

We were unsure which paint would be right for a job at home, but Yasmin took the time to understand what we were doing, explained the different options clearly, and made sure we left with exactly the right product for the job. Her advice gave us real confidence in our purchase.
