We met Aaron Bernstein a few days before and liked his approach and relaxed but professional manner. We returned with a kitchen design already planned and asked Aaron to give us his own design ideas and he didn't fail us. He identified a number of flaws in our original plan and talked us around the reasonings for change. His attention to detail and customer focus is second to none and we are very lucky to stumble accross him when we did. He saved us money, time and effort by turning to his hands on fitters & designers knowledge. Very pleased with our new kitchen design and we gladly committed to an order on the same day.. Aaron. After firstly trying a different kitchen company, we were disappointed in the lack of range and lack of detail in the design. So we decided to try Wickes instead, this is when we meet Getriin the kitchen designer at Wickes Northampton.

She was so patient with us, even after several changes of layout and design. She made sure we had exactly what we needed, guided us painlessly though the whole process and made us aware of the current best offers Wickes had on for us to take advantage of.

Can not thank her enough for all her hard work and patience. 5 stars……….

We had a great experience at Wickes Northampton with Dan. He quickly drew up our bathroom plan, from a drawing with measurements, and talked us through the different options, as well as walking us around the showroom to show us designs and features we could include. He helped us design our dream bathroom, Thanks Dan!

Hannah Collins come to our address yesterday to measure our kitchen. She was very thorough while asking us what we would like or need in our new kitchen. Lovely lady and very down to earth, it was like having a friend come over to visit. Thanks Hannah, we look forward to seeing you next weekend to see the designs!

We popped into the store on the off chance someone could help us get some additional units for our kitchen, Daniel was at hand sat us straight away completed the plan and placed the order within an hour of us arriving. Superb service thank you very much

Our designer, Gertriin has been fantastic, she has great product knowledge is patient and a superb communicator, nothing has been to much trouble for her, we will be using Gertriin when we come to do our bathroom.

Getriin completed our plan for us earlier today. She was so patient, changed everything we wanted and showed us all of our options the whole way through. She was amazing!

We had a kitchen appointment with Dan Millers. Dan was fantastic throughout the design process. He was very helpful, thought of every detail, and came up with storage ideas I wouldn’t have considered. The layouts he introduced were well thought out and made great use of the space. We were given an appointment for the same day we contacted for a study design. Hannah Collins spent over an hour talking with us and designing study furniture to fit our room. Hannah was polite, professional and very good at the design process.
